An extremely frustrating experience. We spent 30 MINUTES(!!!) in the drive‑through for a latte and a mocha, only to find that both drinks tasted of burnt espresso. Unfortunately, the long wait and poor quality made this a place we would not return to—consider yourself warned.

Very disappointed with the service at Cowboy Coffee co. The girl at the second window was rude and unprofessional. Even though I left a good tip, the attitude I received was dismissive and unfriendly. She even closed the window abruptly while I was still waiting, which felt extremely disrespectful.
I’m also a foreigner, and my English pronunciation isn’t native. I always try my best to communicate clearly, and I know I was understood, but at times it felt like they were pretending not to understand me or simply not taking me seriously because of my accent. That made the experience feel even worse.
I try to support local businesses, but basic courtesy and respect should always come first. Experiences like this make it hard to want to come back, and I hope they improve their customer service.

The burrito was soooo good! I get a lot of breakfast burritos while traveling, and this was easily one of the best! Didnt try the coffee sadly, but can absolutely vouch for the cowboy burrito

Rude staff that pretend like you’re not there. No greeting other than “yeah”, barely look at you other than to stare you down when shown the tip screen. I’ve been a loyal cowboy coffee fan but the coffees I’ve been getting have just gotten worse and worse for the price point which is already high. When I was given my coffee at the second window I was also ignored and was told “yeah” when I thanked them.

We drove up to get coffee and matcha. Clearly, the guy didn’t read the label—he gave me a hot matcha when the label clearly said iced matcha with vanilla. My order was completely wrong, and his response was just, “my bad.” He redid my order and still got it wrong! It was the guy with glasses—clearly, he doesn’t care about people’s orders.

I don’t know why I keep bothering, probably the perception of convenience, but this has got to be the least convenient place to grab a “quick” bite in town. Over 20 minutes for a drive through is ridiculous, especially when the food is all premade. Never worth it.

I'm a local and have visited this establishment several times to be able to give this review. The first few times I thought I was just unlucky for having to wait so long even when there was a short line of people and cars. But even though the line is relatively short, the time from the moment you line up to receiving your product is never less than 35 minutes at the drive-thru (considering there are three vehicles in front of you). The establishment only has one cashier who has to serve both available windows and who usually serves more from one side than the other. Added to this, the quality of some products is quite low, like the hot chocolate, which seems to have only a minimal amount of chocolate, giving the sensation of just drinking steamed milk. Their hot food products are very good. The establishment is in a strategic location, and I think it has great potential to provide better service. Hopefully, in the future, they will pay more attention to providing more efficient service or be honest and put up a realistic sign with the wait times they can offer given their production capacity. It’s sad that we are trying to support local businesses but they do not offer a fair quality-price-time service.

Waited for 20 minutes for a cup of coffee this morning and when I got to the window the blondie girl act like she was deaf and couldn’t hear me.
After 3 times that I said something I gave up and I was wondering if she was awake or still sleeping at the job at 10:20 am.
Lucky She left me talking and I got a new girl who was great.

Great place. Drive thru and walk up window only. No indoor seating. The breakfast burrito was delicious and priced well for the area.

Don’t do it. Writing this after sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes and still haven’t gotten our 2 coffees yet. Thought it’d be fun to do local and it’s called “drive thru”. There were only 5 cars ahead of us… avoid.

We ordered two drip coffees and a pre-made burrito. It took them 20 minutes while we watched them chat and pet a dog (without washing their hands after). When we finally got the order, they got it wrong twice, didn’t apologize, and looked at us like we were the crazy ones. Definitely an interesting experience.

Great coffee and great food. Customer service was top-notch and they kept the line moving at a good pace! They also offered a few gluten-free options as well.
Highly recommend getting your morning brews here while visiting the Jackson/GTNP area!
