They were trying to seat us
Then the cook comes out and says the kitchen is closing in 10 minutes.
The time was just before

Excellent food and service, intimate locale, lamb kabobs and eggplant dish perfectly prepared and dessert panda cotta would rival any restaurant.

The service from our waitress Fiona was top-tier. She was very personable, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was upscale yet approachable. The Mediterranean food was out of this world, from the hummus, the za’atar seasoned fries, the lamb burger to the pita wraps. Every bite was excellent, and we had an overall very pleasant experience here.

Thomas is awesome!! He made our experience. Walked us through the wine, foods and all the rest. Went with lamb chops, grilled eggplant, vegetable skewer, and mushrooms. Highly recommend!
Authentic delicious food, friendly staff. Inside the hotel Jackson.

great food and very well designed area - bit awkward to feel like we’re in the lobby of a hotel. but otherwise, loved the decor and tables. drinks were yummy, and the chicken shawarma was great! the tables were so small though for a place that encourages getting multiple plates to share. no space ??

Food was great, service, and the place as well. They charged me alone 20% tips without my permission.. while I was signing the receipt I changed it, and willing to dispute it if they didn’t change it because this is rude!

This place's food is BOMB. I ordered the veggie skewer, stuffed vegetarian grape leaves, and hummus + sun dried tomatoes + garlic. Their pita is SO FRESH and comes out super fluffy. Everything was flavorful, quick, and delicious. I sat at the bar and the service was quick. I chatted with some of the staff and got recommendations for both drinks (I got a beer) and food. I showed up after a 12 hour tour of Yellowstone and couldn't have been happier with my decision. The ambiance is a bit dull given it's in the lobby of a hotel but overall worth it for the quality of the food and service.

It’s official. The best resturaunt we have dined at during our trips in JH. We came back three nights in a row. Just order everything/anything, each dish is done like it’s suppose to be. My wife is Lebanese.

I had a great experience at Fig. I originally made a reservation weeks in advance but decided last minute to arrive early, and they were kind enough to accommodate without any issue. Our server Jill was fantastic, attentive, friendly, and on top of everything from start to finish. I really appreciated the vegan options, especially the vegan sampler platter of tapas. Each dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. If you are in Jackson Hole and looking for thoughtful service and delicious vegan-friendly food, Fig is definitely worth a visit.

We loved our servers. And the hotel is beautiful. We enjoy and love Lebanese food. This wasn’t it. The Schwarma was okay. The pita’s were puffed not drum charred. It’s like a spin on middle eastern but not that. Also everything we asked about was an up charge. Our server had to leave 3+ times to ask the manager for basic stuff. The amount we paid (3 kids 2 adults) was $400+ and we had 1 dish each. The lamb was amazing my son said though. So was the experience good- yes. Our server was great. Was the food worth it. Not at all unfortunately. I wanted to love it as we love this type of food.

Excellent spot for dinner and drinks. Both of the grape leaf varieties were excellent, although I preferred the lamb to the vegetarian. Try the fig old fashioned! Omg and that dessert! 🤤

I was prompted to share a review since I viewed this page and directions so many times! Unfortunately we didn’t eat here. It was a slow Monday night around 5:30. We spoke to the hotel check in who sent us the five feet over to the host stand. We waited and waited and made eye contact with staff who walked by, but no one ever greeted us or acknowledged our existence. We are local to Wyoming and were looking forward to trying this spot, but disappointed no one would seat us. We were dressed nicely and only two of us, so not sure what we did wrong.
