Gun Barrel Steak and Game House

As the name suggests, wonderful Western theme with heavy beef, bison, and elk on the menu. Filet was solid. Prime rib overdone.

The elk steak was the toughest piece of meat I have ever ate and the bison was not that good either

Food selection was spectacular. The Filet Flight was excellent. Enjoyed the meal, service and the apple pie was delicious. Food was cooked ti perfection. Medium rare is hard to find. Would definitely recommend. I would come back to dine again.

Service was very good, our waitress, Katie was great. She had lots of support so it wasn't just her serving . Clear as they have a system to keep things moving. 

A fun, interesting and a restaurant unique to Jackson, Wyoming-not some chain. Delicious and creative food an amazing signature apple pie. Shut up and get in there!

We had Elk Loin and Bison Prime Rib that was just incredible. We also loved the beet salad and the creme brulee. Our server, Ramiro was exceptional and even our busser kept our waters full. This is a must experience.

We had our 58th Anniversary dinner at Gun Barrel based on a referral from a retired Virologist who lives in Jackson and knows Fauci. We figured it had to be a good referral. It was. Elk Tenderloin was delicious, service was superb, atmosphere was top notch. Would recommend it without hesitation.

Went in specifically for the Bison Prime Rib. I was not disappointed. A very good experience and the ambience was spectacular. Service, quality and quantity is stellar.
Highly recommend it to anyone wanting a belly busting belt breaking hoo rah kind of meal.

A great place to get a steak, or so many other things. I’ve never seen so many game options on the menu. I was tempted to try the three different fillet combo meal, with venison, elk, and beef fillet all on the same plate. Instead, I got the ribeye, fried green tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms & onions, mashed sweet potatoes, and someone else in the party got the mashed potatoes and fillet.
The food was fantastic, but the service was the big star here. Atmosphere is what you would want in Jackson.

Amazing experience, would highly recommend!
Our first time in Jackson and we were recommended this restaurant from a local we met on a hiking trail. The restaurant is located in the Grand Teton Plaza. Amazing food and service. Angel was our server and was very kind and attentive! We ordered the focaccia bread, big sky ribeye, and GB striploin both entrees with a side of garlic mashed potatoes.

Had to be one of the nasty ribeye steaks I’ve ever had couldn’t even finish it. Ordered medium and could only taste the char no seasoning big waste of money!!
