We got the filet and bolognese, both of which were fantastic! Our server was very attentive and we loved the Wyoming atmosphere in the restaurant.

This place has a good atmosphere- food wise, elk steak was great, cooked just right with good flavors; we also liked the Bison ribs, cooked perfectly with meat easily falling off from the bones, yet bbq sauce is a bit heavy - if you love bbq source, then you will love the Bison rib dish here, otherwise be aware:)

Here’s a picture of what $70+ looks like. The bison tenderloin was very well cooked and the 7 pieces of asparagus were cooked perfectly. The value is just not there. No bread, no side salad, nothing to actually justify the price of this meal. Go somewhere else, plenty of places that are better.

Ordered medium rare for the filet mignon ended up getting a blue rare cold interior steak.

Steaks came before our appetizers either the waiter forgot or the kitchen messed up so the apps came later and it was 3 apps when we only ordered two (we were charged for them regardless).

lol also ordered my steak with the blue cheese sauce and when they put it back on to actually make it medium rare it came with a different sauce.

Place was packed so maybe this was just a hectic night for them. This review won’t matter as they are awfully busy I wouldn’t return the only reason we chose it is because it had a 20 min wait vs an hour and a half for other restaurants. I will wait longer next time to try other places.

Staff seemed alright.

Prices need to come back to reality. I understand this is Jackson and the rent is high, but $28 for a plate of frozen ravioli is unacceptable. Taste of everything was okay, quality on par with any chain restaurant such as TGI Fridays or Applebees.

Had the bison ribs & the buffalo prime rib. The meat was so favorable & tender. Ribs were fall off the bone tender, a little heavy on the sauce but delicious. Prime rib was sensational. Drinks were good & they didn't skimp on the liquor. Overall, a great dining experience.

Absolutely amazing food! The wonton steak tacos were mouthwatering. My husband said the game plate was one of the best meals he’s ever had! The Game Bolognese was surprising a spectacular as well. For dessert we had the apple pie with whipped cream and ice cream, and it was the perfect way to end the meal. Amazing service! amazing atmosphere! We will definitely be coming again.

We came here to celebrate a milestone birthday. The food and drinks were delicious. . The lighting was too harsh for my taste. I would have preferred a booth but there weren’t any. We started with the focaccia bread which was served with rosemary butter that was very good. My scallops were cooked perfectly although there were two normal size and the other two were about half sized. We also had the pork belly appetizer, which was very good. We ordered a wedge salad to share. The server had to get permission from kitchen staff to chop it which seemed odd but they did accommodate our request and it was a large portion and delicious. They didn’t comp the dessert even though the manager said that it was customary to do so. We would try the place again but not for a special occasion.

I enjoyed the bison ribs and the rice with pecans. The meat was so tender it fell off the bones. The sauce was good, but a little heavy on the tomato flavor and a little light on the Bourbon for my taste. The onion straws that came with the meal were excellent. Angel did a great job of serving our group of seven. Food came out fairly quickly and all to order. The restaurant wasn't as busy as normal, so we had no difficulty hearing conversation. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening!

What an experience. Had an elk steak and it was divine. One thing that surprised us was how good the desserts are! That apple pie should be called Santas Apple Pie cuz it was a piece of Christmas, homemade ice cream was think and amazing. Seriously can’t wait to go there again.
