My wife and I really love this place and the concept. Health food/coffee shop in the front, yoga studio in the back. The acai bowls, smoothies and coffee were all excellent. Highly recommend the bowls.

Louise it's not about not having enough staff. Its about customer service. I was born and raised in Jackson and after spending 30 years working in customer service here I can say that offering just a tiny bit of customer service is quite literally one of the easiest things to do. I was told that the cafe side was closed so I asked about smoothies (which as you know are not on the cafe side) and was then told everything was closed. LOCK THE DOOR IF YOU'RE CLOSED OR MAYBE EVEN TRY STARTINGTHE CONVERSATION WITH "SORRY BUT WE ARE CLOSED. Simple as that. You can try all you want to divert the issue to something else but in reality the issue is in the training of your current employee. Good luck because in this valley the only businesses that stay successful are the ones offering that tiny bit of customer service.

Very cozy and clean coffee bar in front of yoga studio.
I really don’t know how there are so many good reviews of this place, you would be better off grabbing some dirt from outside and blending it with some (vegan)protein powder, I didn’t know smoothies could taste this bad, just because a smoothie costs 11$ (with pea protein) doesn’t mean it’s good. Also, I get the whole vegan thing, but don’t offer smoothies unless you have milk, the audacity to list my options as soy, rice, or oat ‘milk’ and have pea protein or whatever other refined cement they offer and NOT whey, then charge me 11$ is a crime.

The two stars are for the coffee. Zero stars for the rude staff. I wouldn’t recommend this spot due to the rude energy from the staff. They didn’t know their own menu and had no clue what cold foam was. When we asked simple questions related to their menu they were utterly confused and acted annoyed. Had to double check I was actually at a coffee shop. We understand people have bad days but from the other reviews it sounds like rude staff is a continuing occurrence. This really makes or breaks a business. It could have a good thing going if they hired new staff. Or trained them better in genuine human interaction.

Finally really good coffee in the US! In more they have delicious vegan cookies and muffins. Their smoothies are delicious, natural and with no added sugar. They offer some really healthy goodies.
