Jackson Hole Winery Tasting Room

This place was a bummer. I had made reservations for a tasting at the winery via phone call back in April. Our reservations were for June 13. On June 12, I get a phone call notifying that the winery is not open for tastings and that we can go to the Teton Village tasting room or the Jackson Hole downtown tasting room. I called back and told them we would be going to the Teton Village for our time. We arrived to the tasting room at our reserved time, however met with no service. We waited until 3:00 to leave, I left a message for them as well explaining the situation, hoping that the credit card I had to put on file to make the reservation isn’t charged. I was so excited for this experience, and left completely disappointed. The lack of communication, the misinformation that is still on the website, and lack of service is the reason we won’t be retuning. I still have not received any communication back regarding our situation. BIG disappointment.

We arrived late in the day but still got a quick tasting in and purchased a nice The Outlaw, an excellent Cab Sav.

Drew made this experience incredible! We came in for a fun lil mid day tasting. Learned the history of the winery. Became wine members. It escalated quickly thanks to Drew and the killer wine! THEN we came back for another tasting. Thanks Drew for making this such a fun experience for all of us!!!

Sam Klyn was fantastic. As a new person to the area, he made us feel so welcome and the wines were delicious. Wines that traditionally were not my favorites tasted very unique and different here, in the best way.

Sam Klyn was a fantastic host. He was so fast to share his knowledge of wine. The experience we had was top notch. We loved every second. He was a great person to take us through our wine journey.

Super Wow! Drew was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable about all the processes for the vineyard. One would think she plants the vines, tends to them, harvests snd then watches over every barrel as the fermentation happens! Superb job Drew! Pop in the tasting room in Jackson Square to see Drew and hear absolutely magnificent JH stories and sample the ultimate Wine with Altitude!!!! Drew absolutely loves the JH Wine family and it shows! ⭐️⭐️?⭐️⭐️⭐️

This winery is great all around. Definitely a must do. The staff are amazing, kind, and very passionate about what they do. We did the wine tasting and there weren’t any I didn’t like. The views are stunning and we even got to pet some sweet dogs.

We initially went to the winery itself before realizing they had closed for the season - but we’re directed to a tasting room in downtown Jackson. The woman (whose name I did not get) who ran the tasting was phenomenal. She was incredibly personable and made the experience awesome. Throughout the time of us being there it got increasingly busy and she kept things moving smoothly the entire time. Definitely recommend the tasting room at the town square!

Great wine and even greater server! Don't know his name, but he was knowledgeable, patient, and highly efficient. Definitely an asset to the company.
