Simply outstanding - the sushi, the service, the atmosphere, the cocktails - everything is amazing. We feel fortunate to have this high quality of sushi here in Jackson. We bring out-of-town guest here & they are always delighted. On this visit, we celebrated a wedding engagement and the staff went out of their way to help make it special; everything was wonderful.
Visited on our honeymoon and got some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Great variety of nigiri/sashimi spot that were fairly priced for the high quality. Not as many rolls (which was fine with me!), but know it’s more of a “pure” sushi place. Staff had great command of the menu and perfectly described nuanced differences between options. Loved the salmon belly and snapper, both of which were my first times trying. Nigiri wagyu was a nice treat and the tuna was amazing.
Unable to state enough how wonderful the whole Kampai experience truly is- from the attentive and knowledgeable staff to the extremely skilled sushi chefs to the amazing food served. The freshest and best tasting sushi we have ever had from coast to coast !! A must try when in Jackson !
