I miss the old Cadillac restaurant but Liberty will do. Solid burgers here but can’t say it’s anything special. I love mixing their hot sauce with ketchup. But it’s gotten pretty expensive. burgers and fries/ onion rings and shake $70.
Super delicious! I got the Wild West burger with Bison, and they were able to give me a top notch gluten free bun along with. It tasted absolutely amazing and filled me up well. The fries were smaller than I'm used to, but they were perfectly crispy and warm. It didn't feel like we had to wait too long to get our food, and it wasn't busy on the weekday we visited. I would go again!

Fantastic bison burgers and chipolte ketchup. Pricey. Good Wyoming Mule as well.
