One of the of the microphone stations was not answering waited for 15 minutes had to switch to the other one when we did finally get a response rude and unhelpful. Not a pleasant experience can’t understand what the service was saying either

Food was not good nothing was fresh. Also, staff were nice but didn't speak very good English so it was hard to communicate and I had issues ordering.

Waited 30 min for a curb side to walk in and watch the manager completely blow me off. He was aware of his actions. Finally got my food and then noticed it was all ice cold. Called the store hoping for a resolution only to be hung up on. Just shows how unprofessional your employees are behind a counter. However I did send a message to corporate concerning your manager

The McDonald’s itself was clean and tidy, but in the McDrive there were problems: due to the technology it was difficult to understand the employees, which made the order a bit cumbersome. The food was fine as usual, but the communication in the drive-thru could be much better.

Went in there 10/10/25 @ 10:35, was told they stopped breakfast at 10:30. There were 3 others behind me that wanted breakfast too. We all left. The web site says breakfast till 11am

Waited 15 mins for order and all cold. Ordered gold sauce chicken wraps, no sauce and cold. Fries half full. Staff don’t care and all had heads down.

No point to reply with auto reply. Can’t resolve. Already left. Generally McDonalds customer service and quality output of food has declined over the last 3 years. Visited 12 in 6 states and all the same. Noticed now no server all collection pick up and want you to order of screens. Tired of being asked ‘are you using the app today’??? If I did why would I be in the drive thru.
