I'm guessing, knowing her tip was already going to be included - she didn't care at all. An entire platter never showed up, everyone was done eating .. we asked her to remove the missing platter from the bill. She said no. Tried calling for the manager 3 times over the next week, leaving my name and number each time with zero response. I genuinely feel like we were robbed. Worst dining experience ever. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Great food, good music and good beer. The smoked chicken wings with Alabama sauce were spot on. Not overly smoked just the perfect combination of smoke and spice. I would highly recommended visiting if you're in Jackson Hole!

After hiking for hours in the Tetons, sunburned or freezing cold, hangry and willing to do (almost) anything for a Klondike bar- Moe's is an absolute lifesaver. The meat is always tender, perfectly moist and so flavorful- all without needing to be drowned in sauce like so many other unfortunate Western BBQ joints. When you finally reach for the sauce, you will not be disappointed, no one is half-assing this sauce! It's divine and definitely adds dimension to the meat instead of masking its flavor. No dissatisfied post-hangry hikers here. One of my friends even claimed it to be the best barbecue he'd ever had. I will be quick to point out though that many of the sides (mac and cheese *cough cough*) do not live up to the reputation of the meats. I would happily recommend the brisket when they have it or the pulled pork.

One of the best finds in Jackson! Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu and the trivia night was a blast. The staff makes the place, cheers to jack and D for providing amazing service and experience. Will definitely be returning next time we come to Jackson.

Highly recommend! Sundays are the best their for football. I'm so happy this is a local staple in our small town of Jackson! The food is always hot and delicious! Really no way to go wrong. During these Covid times, they made us feel safe and happy to eat indoors. The staff is welcoming and consistently cleaning and seeking ways to better their customer's experience! Love the staff love the food love the vibe!

Just don't go. I'm normally very generous with reviews and try and give any place the benefit of the doubt (especially during the pandemic) but believe the negative reviews a whole lot more than the positive ones for Moe's. The food was below average. The pulled pork was dry, cornbread was dry, the smoked chicken was ok, the Mac and cheese was terrible, the fried pickles were so-so but very salty. The service was very poor. We were seated fairly quickly and served drinks, then waited a while for our order to be taken. Several tables who arrived after us had orders taken while we continued to wait. The appetizer (fried pickles) came out fairly quickly. As the food started coming out, we were short one person's meal. The waitress stopped by about 10 minutes later to see how things were going and she said she would check on the last meal. Everyone finished and the last meal still hadn't arrived. The person who hadn't received their meal asked for the meal to just be removed from the ticket and the waitress said "oh, minute ok, it's coming right out" and walked off. Then she brought the ticket out with the last meal. We were two separate parties, so we asked that the check be split accordingly, and were told that they could only divide the check exactly in half, not separate specific item on to one check and others onto another... really? What system are you using in 2021 that doesn't let you divide a check up however they heck you want? Instead of causing a scene, one party paid and the other used venmo to settle it between us. Went to leave a tip and saw that an 18% gratuity had already been added to the check. The combination of below average food and poor customer service puts this in the too 3 worst dining experiences we've ever had.

Just don't. Smoked chicken was at best just decent. No ribs. Service was meh. Seemed more interested in talking to their friends. Fried pickles were cheap tasting and had enough sodium to make the dead sea jealous. Best thing was the draft beer.

Food was okay, even though we came on a slow day. The white bearded guy was dick and seemed a little too intoxicated to be on the job. Still tipped him over 50%, but the cook did a good job but did not wear a mask. Extremely disappointed and I can see why we were the only ones eating here. Edit: staff does not wear masks
