New York City Sub Shop - Jackson Hole

Been dining with them for about 30 years. I may have moved out of the valley but I make sure to get my sub fix every time I come back to town. Delicious subs! Friendly staff! Perfection every time.

Don’t go to this place even if you just wanna buy yourself a treat! I came in to buy a cookie and the lady cashier took 5 minutes to proceed with the sale after i said I just wanted to buy the cookie. She then whispered “are you fire” in spanish to me which was really weird and insulting.

No one in your company can pay attention. I ordered 64 dollars in sandwiches and got that in bread and lettuce. After calling the shop due to the lack of meat on the sandwiches. I was that they were busy and the manager will be calling me back. Being a local I had no issue with patients. But never received a call back. I would like to see my money back as the good that where promised where not completed. Your not just screwing the tourists but the locals too😟😟

I’ve had a lot of subs in my life, and a lot in very reputable places known for their subs like Connecticut, New York, and New Hampshire, and they were good, memorable even for some, but this place… this place somehow bests every other sub I’ve ever eaten. EASILY the best sub I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. The bread was like two pillows, encapsulating the most cosmically perfect blend of fresh ingredients and flavors. Every bite had me questioning my concept of what I had previously known to be ‘good’ or even ‘great’, as this was an experience I won’t soon forget. Well balanced, the flavors all complementing each other. I don’t think I could replicate something so perfect, even if I had trained for years to make the perfect sub, it wouldn’t come near. Kudos, you guys changed my world.

The BEST subs we have had in years. The pastrami was perfection. Smokey and savory. The mix of the mayo and Italian dressing was 🤌. We got a quarter sub and a half sub with extra meat and we each got chips and it was $28 which honestly is what we pay for Subway's mediocrity. Well worth the stop!

Italian dressing on a sub? How can you have New York City in your name and put creamy Italian dressing on a sub? Go to New York and get a sub before you name your restaurant. They don't even put tomatoes on unless you ask, which I did and didn't receive.

All these reviews saying negative things are annoying, picky, and entitled people. Yes, the subs are expensive...it's worth it. Best bread ever, great team and they do it as fast as they can for the incredible amount of subs they do daily. Best sandwich in Jackson.

Just ordered a whole Bronx and a half Bronx to go - Very dissatisfied, for $33.60 there were No tomatoes, No onions, a little piece of pepper, a tiny bit of lettuce & a little turkey. They USED to be So Good

Okay the food was decent but they were out of tomatoes, what kind of sub shop run out of tomatoes at 11 am? What really rubbed me the wrong way was when I was paying the cashier asked “what should I put down for the tip…” ah nothing, if I am standing to order and busing my own food, I don’t typically tip unless they go above and beyond. But to not give me the opportunity to enter it or write it down myself and then just assume, they were getting a tip was a little too much.

Be advised that there is an additional charge for soda refills. No signage about cost of refills posted. For the cost of the food and time it takes to prepare meals, soda refills should be included or there should be signage advising of an additional charge.

31 minutes to get 2 subs made. Minimal meat. This should not be associated with a New York deli. It’s the exact opposite actually. Subway would have been better.
