The food was great; the bartender was exceptional. Lila (Layla?) provided us awesome service and was a great conversationalist. She made us delicious cocktails, provided menu guidance, and even gave us suggestions for what to do on our vacation. Lila is our new favorite bartender!

We travel a lot and have dined at a lot of Italian restaurants. We had dinner at Orsetto Italian Bar and Restaurant in Jackson Hole. I’ll have to admit: I didn’t expect the fabulous dinner we had. First, we enjoyed one of the best Ceasar salads we’ve ever had complete with anchovies. Then, we shared the spaghetti and meatballs. It was absolutely delicious. The meatballs were great but the sauce …. The sauce was the star. This is a hidden gem in Jackson Hole. If you are looking for Italian food here, Orsetto is a must. And, ask for Millie as your waitress. Outstanding and fun.

To be fair, my husband and I were just in Italy and not much can compare to their food, but if you are in Jackson, Orsetto is a nice choice. Don't get excited. Everything was pretty average, but the service was terrific and the food edible. I especially liked that they had Italian wines, as they do not have sulfites or nitrates that produce headaches for me. I had the burrata and tomatoes to start - and it was quite good. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and could not eat the pasta...it was overcooked. My husband experienced the same. We sat outside which was really nice as we had a view of a mountain and passers by. Enjoy.

We had dinner at Orsetto tonight, and as always, the food was absolutely delicious—our calamari and appetizers were fantastic, and the main courses were spot on. However, a couple of things left us a bit disappointed this time.
After we finished our first course, our server cleared the plates and brought fresh silverware, but didn’t bother to wipe down the table, even though there were quite a few crumbs from the bread and shared appetizers. She clearly saw the crumbs as she placed the clean silverware right on the messy table, but it didn’t seem to bother her. We eventually decided to wipe the table ourselves, and even then, she didn’t notice or acknowledge it.
As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I know how important these small details are to the overall experience. Additionally, there was no music playing, which made the atmosphere feel a bit off compared to our usual visits.
We love coming to Orsetto for the food and will definitely be back, but I hope this feedback helps refine the service to ensure it matches the quality of the food.

First time here and definitely not the last! Everything we got was excellent. It's been a long time since I've had such great pasta, and finishing with the amazing, perfectly made tiramisu was flawless—the flavors were spot on. Highly recommend!

I want to start off with our waiter, Claudia B. She is the MAIN reason I am giving Orsetto a ONE STAR. If I could give this place a zero I would because of her. Let me tell you why. They brought out our appetizer and we were still deciding on what we wanted for the main course. She comes by and ask if we need more time and we said yes we do need another minute. Right after answering she reaches across the table and closes our menus and said “we don’t have time to change these out tonight”… she acted as if we were eating over it. Which we were NOT we had the menu next to our small plates that we were using to eat our appetizer. She could’ve asked or approached it differently. How do you even do that after we tell you to give us another minute since we are still deciding? Makes no sense to me but she set a negative tone and just seemed displeased to be working there. At the end, after finishing our meal she is standing behind me but slightly to my left and she reaches in front of me to grab my clean utensils and reached across the table to get my dates utensils too. She couldn’t just walk over there or say excuse me as I grab your utensils? VERY poor service, and I am so displeased.
Not a great way to celebrate a birthday honestly a disappointment and I wish I would’ve just gone somewhere else.
*Food was okay pasta could’ve been cooked longer.

We Ordered Cacio e pepe and spaghetti and meatballs. Both dishes were amazing, fresh and delicious. Asked for bread, it was fresh and delicious with a tomato and olive oil dip. Delicious but pricey for $12. Still, would highly recommend. Food was amazing and service was attentive

Everything is great except for the portion sizes.
The food is delicious and the service and atmosphere are fantastic but the portion sizes are embarrasing especially for its price. If you're a small eater, you will be fine but about half the table left hungry. Also, the gluten free version of the same exact dish we got was about 30% smaller than the regular version of the dish. I understand if a different noodle is used but giving me less of it feels unacceptable.
Still, I left satisfied from a great night with family.

My husband and I were hungry for spaghetti. Not what you think of in Wyoming. Great outdoor atmosphere with view of the ski mountain. Good wine list. Spaghetti was home made. Marinara was delicious. Side salad was ample and very fresh. A bit pricey, but expected in this locale.

This place looks very upscale so we we nervous to go in wearing typical tourist clothing. But they were very kind and seated us quickly. Service was excellent and the food amazing!! Get the garlic bread!! We all enjoyed our food choice but the fettuccine Alfredo our daughter had was the best I have ever had.

This is, hands down, the best restaurant in Jackson, Wyoming. Meaning "Little Bear," Orsetto is not only ran by an extremely charismatic owner, but they offer exceptionally high quality food. Orsetto has an incredibly authentic menu offering that is comprised of may locally sourced ingredients, which is a thoughtful touch. Everything feels intentional at Orsetto, from the water in glass bottles, to the tight table placement and decor. The food is of the best I've ever had. Incredible Bruschetta, unbelievable Italian sausage pasta pairings, and decadent deserts. I look forward to dining at Orsetto every time I am in Jackson, and I hope that more people find this restaurant experience as astounding as I have.
