Wowzah, this place is the real deal. Got some pastries and a flat white and everything tasted INCREDIBLE. The space is so cute and cozy, albeit a little small. I thought it was a bit odd that the staff kept chatting with each other while customers waited outside in the cold even though it was past 7a.m. Other than the weird customer service, I had a solid experience here. The kouign-amann was my favorite pastry. 🥐

It was such a cute little shop. The food was absolutely amazing and looked so cute. The only problem is it's a bit small but other than that it was an awesome experience!

I loved this place! Not a lot of space to sit indoors but also some seating outdoors with a fire pit. Lovely atmosphere and the food was outstanding!

Persephone Bakery is an absolute must-visit.
Excellent coffee, amazing cozy vibe, and the food is next level. The chicken sandwich was incredible, and the tomato soup with grilled cheese was muahhh… wowwww. 🤌
All the bakery items looked insanely good—we couldn’t try everything, but every single thing looked tempting.
Must. Must. Must. Tryyyy. ☕🥪🥐✨

Limited menu, questionably tasting pastries, and the most extra ingredients and components in any dish.

Really nice service and great coffee. Pastry selection was slim before close so definitely go early!

Very cramped and crowded place with average pastries. Very unimpressed with the overall experience. We had the almond croissants and it was very dry and lacking flavor.

Definitely a must see when you’re in the area. A quaint, cute bakery. A little crowded in the shop if it gets busy so plan to take your items to-go. Great variety of pastries, the almond croissant was absolutely phenomenal and it would’ve been a +10 if they had the ability to heat it up on the spot to serve warm on a chilly day but still tasty either way. I also got a delicious jumbo chocolate chip walnut cookie.

Very SMALL venue. It was so packed inside the venue that I am starting to feel claustrophobic. The Schwinitzel sandwish was EXCELLENT. The Biscuit not so good. They cannot even warm up the biscuit so I ate it COLD. Coffee is nothing to write home about. Tomato Soup was good.

This is such a great little spot. Little being the key word- there’s only 8 tables inside but there is a large patio deck. The quiche was fantastic and there was one gluten free cookie that was to die for! A must visit spot.

Visited here on my most recent visit to Jackson this week. The place is very small, with barely any seating so plan to sit outside especially if you have more than 2 people dining. The photos make it look larger than it is. It’s decorated beautifully. I felt slightly rushed by the front desk staff when placing my order. I found a table and when my food was brought out, it was packed to go, though my matcha was in a coffee mug to dine in. I never said it was to go. I had planned to stay but didn’t feel comfortable. This is a very cute spot, I’d probably not dine in but get it to go in the future. The vibe feels a bit pretentious. Food was amazing. I ordered an egg sandwich, sweet potato & brussels hash and a slice of chocolate bundt cake. Pricey but worth it in my opinion.

Cute place in the heart of Jackson! I went in for pastries and coffee, and even though it is on the pricey side, just know it is absolutely worth it. The hazelnut latte is the BEST thing I've ever tried in my life!!! Still dream about it!! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Did not try the actual food but everything looked delicious. Be patient and expect to queue until you're serviced.

Super cute place! All of the pastries they offered were creative and fun to try something new. I think I had the hazelnut chocolate banana bread and it was delightful. Coffee was decent as well. There is also a big gift section part of the shop, I got some cookies to go and they were a bit pricey (12 for 2 cookies) but I don’t mind as it is supporting a small business :)
