Super expensive, but good beverages that can be made vegan, quite fancy pants, their lack of vegan foods BLOWS though… Avo toast can be made vegan but what’s the point at that price. Good vibes to sit with a laptop, drink a fancy $8 beverage, and watch the income gap grow in Jackson.
In a span of 4 days, we ate here 5 times. This place will forever be engraved in my memory of Jackson, WY.

The things we ordered more than once were the Orange latte, biscuits and gravy, and the quiche.

I am a sucker for a delicious latte and a cozy ambiance. Persephone delivers on both fronts. I loved my seasonal latte (white chocolate peppermint, I think?). My baby girl adored their patio. She fell in love with the snow-covered trees and sweet little fire pit. We unexpectedly created a lot of beautiful family memories on their patio as my daughter experienced snowfall for the first time, which my husband captured on his camera.
