I don't give them zero stars because there aren't any, the attitude of their employees is horrible, they serve in a bad mood
We arrived at 724pm and ordered for 6 people. They only had enough soup for 1 order and did not want to make more. They locked the doors at 737. Had Attitude from both ladies there and when we realized they got an order wrong they would not open the door up. I even had time to take a video of the time and the locked door.

Taking time out of my day to let the public know how bad this Quiznos is
Don’t necessarily blame the employees but blame management. Apparently there was a big online order, so they had a line out the door and said they couldn’t get to anyone for 15-20 minutes so people started slowing leaving and in the end they lost a ton of business!Business owner to an another business and management tip - if that’s the case and you can’t get to the people in the store. Give out free drinks to everyone in the store and say sorry we can’t help but here is a free drink on us. Cost you little to nothing and now all those people will wait and order instead of leaving and going somewhere else

I was so excited to have Quiznos as all the ones back home closed down! I was disappointed as soon as I arrived. The lady taking orders was hard to understand and was wearing her AirPods. We felt very uncomfortable and strange. I went and stood down at the cashier area to pay and the girl was silent. She offered lettuce on my sandwich and then proceeded to touch the computer and card with the gloved hand. She told me my card declined twice which was untrue there is plenty of money on it. After all that she asked for a tip and shoved my drink cups and sandwiches to me with no tray to carry all of it with? Wouldn’t recommend

We miss having a Quiznos near us in the Salt Lake area, so when we saw this one in Jackson, I was excited to stop. There were two wonderful Hispanic women working today. They gave us great service and custom made our veggie sandwiches. Thank you.

Sign on store said it was open till 8pm. I arrived there at 740pm, and it was closed, locked up, and lights off.
We are visiting Jackson WY, we stopped at Quiznos to eat after a long day, as we always enjoyed their sandwiches back home. Two Spanish young ladies took our 4 orders, we had specified no bacon on any of our 12" sandwiches. My son devoured his first half of Baja chicken, then he noticed bit off bacon has fallen on the paper, we open the second half sure enough vacon. Brought it to the ladies attention...no apologies but instead blamed my son that he didn't specify no bacon...not true...then she proceeded to say he ate half of it...true ..then replace the half that I had to throw away! Nope...they started conversing in Spanish and ignored us...horrible customer service!

they should be ashamed. $13 for an ultimate turkey club that had 2 thin slices of turkey along with a litlle bacon and a bunch of mayo and lettuce. the bread was good but the lack of meat for the price is pathetic. shame shame.

I am not sure what was happening at this restaurant, however it took 10 minutes just to order and another 10 minutes to get my sandwich that was "just ok". Haven't been to Quiznos in many years, will not be going back.

My family and I were visiting from AZ and stopped into this Quiznos July 18, 2023. Two Hispanic woman were working and the younger woman’s English was difficult to understand. She was asking what I wanted on the sandwiches and we had some miscommunication that wasn’t a big deal. I told her the sandwich was fine and we moved on to the next one. She was visibly angry and asked rudely what I wanted on my sandwich. I asked her why she was mad at me. She couldn’t understand me so the older woman interpreted. She responded in Spanish to the older woman that she was mad that I kept asking questions etc. I can understand Spanish better than I can speak it. I did ask if the kids meals could add more than lettuce on them and maybe one other question. I didn’t believe I was being unreasonable.I am shocked at her behavior and am not looking to get her fired. I just hope she can learn and grow from this experience.
