The waitress was friendly and attentive, the beer and pretzel were excellent, but our main meals left a lot to be desired. The 1/2 chicken was terrible and the Mac n' cheese with chicken was lacking in flavor. Overall, we were very disappointed. Maybe this is a place to go just for beer and appetizers.

It was nice for a light dinner. We ordered the Venison Tostado appetizer which was very tasty. The location was good and the patio looked out to the Jackson nightlife.

Pretzel app, lettuce wrap app, peach salad, Mac and cheese and pub steak were SO DELICIOUS! Salad with chicken was over priced since the bowl of salad was so small. Service was ok. Would like to go back.

The service was excellent! However, I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was made with chicken thigh. It tasted terrible. The fries were very mediocre. I've been going to roadhouse since the first week it opened. One of my go to IPAs is a Wilson. This is the first time I had a Wilson and it tasted old and watered down.

Website confirmed we had a reservation for balcony, but the man running check-in said no and was rather rude. We had to get a table inside and put our name on a waiting list of which we found out later they walk out and ask you to pay and leave. We had to close out our tab when we moved to balcony after spending money on a meal and drinks. Then start a new tab of which the waiter who knew we had been inside and had spent hundreds for food and drinks kept coming back telling us we needed to spend more to sit in the area we originally made reservations for. Of which we were now sitting after waiting past our 6 pm time and it was now 8 pm. They also ran out of food and salad was dry and had to ask for more dressing and portions are small. I might add we are locals and haven't been to Roadhouse in a while and it will probably be a while before we go back.
Takes a century to prepare the food. Unimaginable chewy steak for a medium rare. Worst experience in a restaurant ever.

Loved our food and server, Sanbria? (Not sure how to spell his name). We plan to come back for dinner again. The Brussels sprouts were the best we have had and we loved our two flat breads. Want to try the ribs next.

On line menu is very large. The actual menu is pretty small. Was not impressed. Mixed drinks are average $16. Very small glass to say the least of quality of drink. We won't be back.
