We had an early dinner, so it was quiet and pleasant. I'm sure a great place like this gets busier later. Even so, I was happy with the food, the service, and everything. We'll be coming back!

I’ve had houseplants treat me better.

My friends and I came in hoping for a good meal, but the service made the whole experience crash and burn immediately. Our server John was rude from the moment we sat down, zero greeting, zero smile, just pure “why are you here?” energy.
He even took the menu away without asking if we were expecting more people, which was wild. We weren’t done, we weren’t asked, it was just yoink, gone. It felt rushed, dismissive, and honestly disrespectful. But the best part? He never even took our order. We sat there waiting, and waiting, and waiting… long enough to age a couple of years. Eventually we ended up flagging down a completely different server just so we could finally order something. At that point, the vibe was already ruined. The restaurant and the food is amazing but it’s not the first time that he has treated my friends poorly.

Food portions were quite small. You needed to order 2 entrees for just 1 person. There are some unique options and twists to the norm. We had the venison tostadas, burger and shepherds pie. We found it difficult to find many healthy options. You also had a 50/50 chance of getting an entree modified if you had intolerances to some ingredients. Your bill adds up quickly.

The food was excellent — I had the chimichurri steak and truly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the service experience nearly prevented me from dining here at all.

When I arrived around 4:30 pm, the host was dismissive and slow to acknowledge me, seemingly because I was dining alone. I suggested I could find space at the bar, which was full. When I returned to the host stand, I was ignored again. During this time, he seated multiple walk-in parties without reservations while continuing to overlook me.

Since reservations were available online, I made one on the spot. Even after informing him that I now had a reservation, I was still ignored. A party of four who arrived after me was seated immediately, and one member of their group even commented on the fact that I had not been helped.

At that point, I went to the bar and asked a server to speak with a manager, as this was far below any reasonable standard of hospitality. I grew up in the hospitality industry, and this was one of the poorest front-of-house experiences I’ve had. Another server after telling him, seated me promptly, and offered a complimentary glass of wine. The Manager spoke with me and the host later apologized, but the situation should never have escalated to that point.

I travel frequently and often dine solo, and this was a first for me. Solo guests deserve the same courtesy and respect as any other party. Being made to feel unwelcome for something so normal was disappointing and uncomfortable.

This restaurant would benefit greatly from revisiting its service culture and training. Will Guidara’s book Unreasonable Hospitality: The Remarkable Power of Giving People More Than They Expect would be a good place to start.

We were looking for a place to eat a casual lunch and watch football. The atmosphere was good and our waitress was very nice but the food was so bad. My husband ordered the French dip. It was more like old, dry, grey roast beef. The fries were good, unfortunately the French dip was not. I ordered the Birria flatbread and a side Caesar salad. The flatbread was overcooked and dry and the meat was terrible. The best part of my meal was the uneventful Caesar salad. Dressing was ok. If you’re looking for decent bar food, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Service was slow but food was decent. We got seated right away, but it took a while to get our order. Food was out within 15 min of ordering.

Best variety of beers in Jackson Hole. We kept coming back here during our stay. We also had a delicious burger with bacon onion jam and Philly cheesesteak. Make it a stop on your trip!

Walked in at 2:30 on a Tues before Thanksgiving. Beer was superb, I tried the Whiskers and the Dystopic Mania. Both were just fantastic. Ordered the pretzel and was amazed with the quality, taste and mustard and beer cheese dipping sauces. Staff was friendly and we were comped cheesecake and two more beers which we did not expect. These two out-of-towners were super pleased and so grateful!

Food was mediocre at best. The service was also less than stellar. There are plenty of better options around town

This place is fantastic. We stopped in for a drink and it was happy hour $4.00 for tall beer. Last day for one of there employees, she had been there for 6 years. Impressive! That said a lot about how they treat their employees. A must visit. Loved the locals, made our visit so nice.

Seated quickly and server took order quickly as well the food and wine arrived promptly. Enjoyed the vibe then the service started to dampen the experience. Server never asked how food was on the 2 separate orders and basically disappeared. Chicken was good, soft taco's tasty but too mushy overall. Lot of people looking around for service and reading through the reviews I would say it would help if runners did more than bring food out and run to back of restaurant to hang out with other staff to fold napkins. How about grab empty plates or see if customers need anything who are giving a wave for something. Empty hands going back to kitchen always a sign of poor management. There is a kind of undercurrent of unfriendliness hard to identify but definitely there. Was trying to get the managers attention just to order more food but only seats people, doesn't approach any tables or observe people in need, never a smile or change of expression too. Still left 20% as I know people need the help. Agree about only going for drinks although there was a group of 7 guys wanted drinks right next to the bar where we were and it took quite a bit of interactions to get the drinks while bar tenders were actually chatting quite a bit with customers and staff. $10 bottle of wine over $30
