This was an ABSOLUTE surprise of the trip for us. We did not know this place existed and the goal was to get bison steaks while we're in Wyoming. The bison steak was about $59 and it was ABSOLUTELY delicious. The elk sliders , the bun was a bit crispy and the elk was tender and juicy. Mac and cheese was delighful. So we stopped by the silver dollar bar to see our good friend David Jeremy in concert. It is exciting and challenging at the same time when you are a one-man band and have to entertain the audience all by yourself, and DJ, as friends call him, knocked it out of the park.

Breakfast was horrible as the potatoes and eggs were so soggy with oil that I couldn't eat them. The toast was not toasted, more like warm bread. And the bacon was under cooked and soggy.
