I still think about this meal months after it happened. This is the best restaurant in a ski town. We loved it so much we ate here twice in our first trip to Jackson Hole. And always make it a point to have a reservation.

Our meat-eating friend was happy with his entree. But two of us ordered the eggplant entree and found that it just wasn't very substantial-- more like an appetizer. My husband ordered the vegetarian mushroom pasta as an entree but all that could be done was to order a *double portion of the appetizer, which turned out to be too much pasta-- and it simply wasn't worth $38.
