Snake River Coffee Roasting is a gem that delivers more than just great coffee—it offers an experience. The design of the space is inviting and well thought out, making it the perfect place to settle in and enjoy a cup. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, so much so that I was too engaged in the atmosphere to even notice if they timed and weighed their shots. That said, the coffee was excellent, which means they’re clearly doing something right. With top-of-the-line equipment and a clear passion for quality, this spot is a must-visit for any coffee lover.

As a cafe owner from across the country, it was refreshing to find Snake River Roasting Co and experience a beautifully curated, clean, friendly cafe that evidently values excellence and attitude. I came in and gave the Halva latte a try and it's deliciously unique. Can't wait to try my new bag of Ethiopian beans when I get home for my morning pour over.

We ordered a monkey bread, chocolate chip cookie, and 2 hot chocolates. We were not impressed with any of it. Our hot chocolate barely tasted like chocolate unfortunately and the cookie was bone dry. It was nice to take shelter from a snowy XC excursion and warm up inside the cafe though. Music isn't too loud which is appreciated. Their merch is cute and I love the fresh flowers on their tables, even in the winter! Maybe we would have had a better experience trying something else. Enjoy your stay in Jackson!
WI-FI - Free, but barely. Requires an email to login and kicks you off after very limited use. I have been stitching since I've been here and only looked up water bottles on their wifi and checked my email before "using my daily limit." Annoying!
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps on the first level of the shop or to enter the building. Bathroom is a large single user space. Their canned & bottled beverages are wheelchair height along with their first floor tables. Upstairs is not accessible (staircase only). Wooden floors with limited thin rugs at the register and doorway.

Place is cool! One hour WiFi limit at a coffee shop that has their WiFi advertised on Google is absurd though. I joined the WiFi 15 minutes before a one hour meeting. I was kicked from the Internet midway through the meeting and it rejects attempts to reconnect. Absurd. Coffees solid though. I would’ve gone literally anywhere else if I knew I would be booted like that.
