Had another terrible experience with Starbuck's in Jackson. At least at this location we had our order taken but it was clear that none of the employees cared or wanted to be there. The customer service was terrible and our drinks were even worse. Most burnt tasting expresso I've ever had. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the headache and go to Cowboy Coffee Co. instead.

Generally like Starbucks for a consistent, quality product. In this case, both beverages, a drip coffee and a mocha, were luke warm. The mocha was deemed undrinkable and thrown out.
The staff seemed very tired; barely able to interact.

Just had the worst experience here. We ordered 2 identical iced chai lattes. The girl taking our order was nice and got our order correct, but when our name was called for our drinks they gave us 2 cold brews. We nicely said the order was wrong and we got iced chais, which was clearly visible in writing on the cups they gave us. They redid our drinks (after making drinks for other people who ordered after us first) and then got it wrong AGAIN, but at that point we had been waiting for a really long time and had to leave. We ended up throwing our drinks away on the way out because they were so bad and tasted full of syrup… I don’t know why they couldn’t get it right. Just disappointing we just wasted nearly $15… I won’t be coming back here.

One of the nicest lobby Starbucks.Sophia the Barista is so attentive and kind, and will get your coffee right no matter what, and is fast & efficient.
I have been drinking Mocha cookie crumble frappe from this Starbucks since last 4 years and I think Jay is the star of this place. The fastest service ever. He made my frappe so fast it’s unbelievable. First time ever in last 4 years. He seems like he knows what he is doing.

It's another Starbucks satellite store. They have most everything you could want, but almost always out of the large to-go containers for coffee. Fairly quick place to stop. Parking is always full because it's also a Target store.
