She always welcomes me a wonderful smile and is very detail oriented as to know her customers well .. aways remember my drinks and it’s really good a suggesting a drink when I’m undecided … Rita always goes above and beyond .. !

I ordered less ice but the guy gave me a full iced shaken espresso - I even asked him before I took it “is this the right one with light ice” he seemed a bit hesitant but still said yes. I ordered hundreds times of Starbucks but never served with a light iced coffee like this. And I also requested only one pump of syrup but that was quite sweet than usual. I don’t know whether that’s because the ice or he mistakenly made it by default.
Unhappy experience overall.

We went here to get hot chocolate after snow tubing in Jackson. The hot chocolate was watered down, and none of us liked it. The staff got our order right, but were unfriendly and didn't seem to want us there. The store is inside Target with very limited seating and not relaxing.

My wife and I came in on Monday (October 2) about 5 minutes before closing to grab some coffee—pretty standard for a coffee shop, right? Wrong.The staff informed us that they couldn't make any coffee. When we questioned this (it is a coffee shop, after all), their response was simply that they "didn't have to" make it. No apology was offered, nor were any alternatives like a pour-over or an Americano, which is common practice for Starbucks. I know this because I worked as a manager there and have frequented dozens of locations over the years.The baristas here showed a complete lack of customer service skills and basic manners. This experience left us with a sour taste, and it certainly wasn't from any coffee. Would not recommend.

I frequent this location and Starbucks in general, and the manager, Anand, I observed being particularly gruff and difficult with the employees at this location in front of customers on multiple occasions. It's a shame because the staff seems really nice and provide a good service.
