Not sure why the negative reviews. I am traveling around the US and my normal order (caramel macchiato … either iced or hot … I got it iced the other day) was made just as I expected.
I walked down if below freezing temps for a drink. I had a runny nose from being in the cold and needed to get some tissue out of the bathroom- I had my mask on and opened the bathroom door to grab tissue-which was off limits to customers due to Covid apparently- this was not clear. I was yelled at by the manager Murph- I apologized and just stated I just needed some tissue. He told me this was not okay. He said they would have to sanitize the whole bathroom and told me to leave-...
Summer time in 2020, what more can I say. All the current restrictions made this experience fair to average. Line outside, Limited capacity, chairs and tables taped off inside and a less then cheery barista/workers. A busy location I get it, just not the warm feels you want from a coffee shop. Prob stop in at local place next time.
