Upscale vibes. Food was very good. Truffle fries and the mac and cheese dish we ordered. Food came out in good time. So the kitchen staff doing good work there. Service painfully slow. Me and my wife only ordered one drink each because of this. Bartender wasnt being purposely neglectful i dont think. She could only work at a slow pace. Maybe she was new. She was friendly.

The service was excellent provided by Calynn - very friendly and knowledgeable. She described the craft beers perfectly and helped us pick out the ideal flights. StillWest is a must-do if you're anywhere near the Jackson area. I will definitely be back!!

I cannot say enough good things about StillWest Brewery & Grill! We were planning our elopement with a group of about 20 people total, Chaney was able to work with me and get a reservation made in a prompt manner. When we arrived (even though a little bit early) the bartender downstairs in the taproom was more than willing to get us some drinks while we waited. We had ordered appetizers to be set out for when our guests arrived and they were delicious! The brussel sprouts and chicken wings were an all time favorite. StillWest should be bragging about their cocktail list, because every single drink on there was amazing! One of our guests does not drink alcohol and had asked the bartender if they could make a mocktail and they were beyond happy to, and it tasted delicious as well! We had the taproom and the outdoor seating area downstairs, they had outdoor heaters and a fire going for us which made it very cozy! Later in the night our two young nieces were getting tired and the bartender even turned on cartoons for them on the big TV by the fire, we greatly appreciated this!

Overall, it was an amazing experience and it added to the perfection of our wedding day. We highly recommend StillWest Brewery and Grill to anyone visiting the area!

Great spot! The location is awesome- right on the base on the slopes.
Grilled cheese and tomato soup were sooo delicious.
Truffle fries were great. We also got one of the salads- it was decent, the romaine used was only the light parts and the hard pieces but the rest was good.
Decent beers.

I'm sorry to say that I cannot rate the food because we never ate. My husband and I another couple had made a reservation for 530. When we arrived, I explain to the girl we had a reservation that we had requested to be outside. She proceeded to show us to a table with menus and rolled silverware in her hand. She threw them down on the table and walked off. This kind of surprised me. When we sat down, she came out with four glasses of water and slammed them on the table on the opposite end that we were sitting. She never greeted us. Never acknowledged us or anything at that point we got up and left. I have owned restaurants in my life, and if they one of my employees greeted the Customers, that way, she would be out on her butt in a heartbeat. We hate that we did not get to try the food because the restaurant was recommended to us by some other restaurants in town.

This is one of my favorite casual spots in Jackson. The service is awesome and you get a nice view of snow king mountain. I would highly recommend sitting on the patio!
