I Ordered the loaded club that includes bacon. Didn't see the gal put it on a asked her about it when I checked out. She said she put it on. I took her word it and later after I left I found out she had lied...no bacon. To top it off the bread was so dry it crumble all over the place. I'm from out of town or I would have taken it back. In my opinion the place needs a bunch of sprucing up too. For Jackson prices I'm sure you can do better. Go somewhere else.

Workers refuse to do their job. I’ve made online orders several times, and every time my sandwich is not toasted. The workers are so lazy and do not speak English. They know they can be lazy with online orders. Don’t put in an online order here. You have to go in and make sure the high school dropouts they employ actually do as you say. Absolutely disgraceful work ethics over here.

Young gentleman was extremely rude because i showed up 5 minutes early for my online order. No one was there and then few customers walked in after and HE made their food first and made me wait. Done going to this location.

The manager must’ve missed the memo on customer service. Instead of delivering our order on time, he delivered a heaping serving of attitude! When we politely asked about the delay, he responded like we were asking him to solve a Rubik's Cube blindfolded. Seriously, who knew getting a meal could be this dramatic?

After shopping at Target, I bought a Submarine for lunch. The American portion seems to be larger. Usually in Taipei, I am just full after eating half a bar. In the United States, I feel very full when there is only 1/3 left.

Just a usual subway- we stopped for a quick lunch. I custom made my sandwich and it was fresh and filling. The service was fast, and the dining area was clean. The washroom was also clean and maintained.

I usually love subway when it comes to the fast food- although I must admit that in the post Covid time, subway has gone downhill.

I’ve gone several times to this subway and I have always had issues with my order. The employees are rude and unprofessional, and it looks like the only people working at this store are teenagers who don’t have the slightest idea how to manage. When I’ve tried to resolve my orders with them I’m always received with a bad attitude and it ruins my experience. I will never eat at this establishment ever again. Very disappointed.
