Before my visit I was quite excited about a Thai restaurant in Jackson as I am a fan of Asian food. However, I was quite disappointed by the food quality, the service, and the enforced 20% service fee.
The 20% service charge is enforced, but the service does not deserve that much. We got a seat and wait for 15 minutes for a waitress taking the order. Also, the food is prepared really slow, and a party came after us but they got their food before us. Basically we waited for more than 30 minutes to get the food.
The food quality is just average thai restaurant level. They offer Pad Thai, Pad Se ew, the kind of food that you can find at any thai restuaurant, and they are not making it any better. But the food is pricy.

We asked for non-spicy and they gave us super spicy food. Despite of us, not liking their food, we had to pay 25% tip when we asked them that we don’t want to pay 25% as we didn’t like the food, can we pay less. Owner was super rude and forced us to pay 25% as step, which I don’t feel they deserve

The server was very sweet. But the food was terrible!! We ordered Tom Yum soup and it was so so sour that we had to send it back. They remade it and got it back, it was still so sour I couldn’t eat it. Just picked up the shrimp and ate that. Also very expensive for a watery bowl of soup with 3 shrimps floating, nothing else!! One mushroom and cilantro!! Rip off and terrible taste! So disappointed. Not coming back.

Pretty good. Double check the quantities when ordering because some of Their menu items (as listed in google) have been downsized. I.e. the egg rolls on their own google menu say there are 4, but we only got 3. They offered to refund us for the difference when i called back to complain, so that was nice. Portions were large!
I was pleasantly surprised by the food, the Thai Pad was delicious! The food came very fast and the staff were very nice! Worth the price!
