The only downside was the background music being particularly loud added to the guest noise. The staff overall worked hard to restock and clear as the evening progressed providing all guests with a most enjoyable and seamless experience.

The service is attentive, gracious and friendly. The atmosphere is bustling and rather noisy. The food...delicious! The braised short rib dish was the best I've ever had. The chicken cordon blue daily special was very good also.

Our server was very good, as was the attention paid to keeping our water glasses filled. Getting our drinks was way too slow, though. We were a party of 4, and everyone's food was very good. One word of warning, though, if you see that $17 Caesar salad and think it could be a meal, you'd better be a bird. It's just a salad. We would definitely go back, but would also like to try other local places first.

We had lunch. Had to send my coke back twice because the first time it had white chunks in it and the second time it had a hair in it. The soup special wasn’t at all what they described and it didn’t come with a spoon. The bread didn’t come with anything to put on it. Bar wasn’t accommodating to our requests. The waiter was very nice.

We came here to celebrate my aunt’s 63rd birthday, and although we were seated later than expected, the staff more than made up for it. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. As an apology for the wait, they treated us to a free appetizer and two desserts, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The food was absolutely delicious, and they even did a special little celebration and sang for my aunt, which made her night feel extra special. Overall, a very satisfactory experience, and I would definitely recommend this bistro to anyone visiting Jackson.

This was a very happening bar and restaurant. As a single person, I opted to sit at the bar to eat. I had some awesome trout almondine. The bartender was great conversation.

I saw this restaurant on google was French food, so I decided to try it and see how special it. First, the host and server were both friendly and good😀 I was sitting on a lovely table.
Second, I order the Jackson omelette and French dip and a green juice. The juice was good 😊 but the size was too small as 10$, I think it’s should be $7 size drink . The omelette was good, but not much vegetable inside. The French dip was just like regular American dip, my bf said the bread was too hard to chew. The service was great, 😊 I really enjoyed restaurant vibes and it’s not crowded during the afternoon tea time. I will give the vibe and service 5/5, food 4/5

We arrived during happy hour. I started with 6 oysters; they were delicious. My wife started with the Charcuterie board; very good. We finished with escargot and pomme frites; both very good.

Restaurant was excessively loud! We were seated opposite the kitchen entrance and heard clanking dishes throughout our meal. Servers congregated right behind us. We wish we requested a different table! We waited 15 minutes to be seated then 10-15 minutes for a server to come to our table. We almost left the restaurant. Processo was not available by the glass, only the bottle. Food was good. We will not return.
