Restaurant was excessively loud! We were seated opposite the kitchen entrance and heard clanking dishes throughout our meal. Servers congregated right behind us. We wish we requested a different table! We waited 15 minutes to be seated then 10-15 minutes for a server to come to our table. We almost left the restaurant. Processo was not available by the glass, only the bottle. Food was good. We will not return.

Amazing food and always great service. The Huckleberry cheesecake is the best dessert in town! Don't skip it (it's seasonal but our hope is that it stays on the menu permanently).

It is a lovely space. Sort of hotel vibes but warmer. Waiters were attentive and the food was yummy! Our only issue was volume. It was so loud it was hard to hear across the table. Could be a one off on a busy night.

During the 2-for-1 (plus $2) sale weeks, the word "energetic" for the noise level is incorrect. The words should be "VERY noisy". So you should expect this - the restaurant was totally full. If you have a hearing problem, you cannot hear the person across the table from you. The only suggestion I can make is to turn off the background music. No one can hear it and it only exacerbates the noise level with the bass lines thumping away. Other than the noise, everything was excellent. We kinda got the feeling that we were being rushed by the servers, but that was understandable as there was a waiting line for tables.

One of my favorite restaurants in Jackson. Food is consistently great. The staff are wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. They suggest all the best menu items when asked. Atmosphere is relaxed and lively.

We came for the bison tenderloin with foigras that was posted on the website, unfortunately was unavailable. We met the most fantastic host Laura/Lauren, who described the best dishes, also all the other restaurants dishes in detail that we were going to check out. Laura was an amazing ambassador for the whole of Jackson, the hotel and all the restaurants, we felt we had to stay to enjoy her recommendations, the pork chop and trout were Devine. Our server Katie was lovely and really gave us a feel of the local vibes. The happy hour mocktails and cocktails were also amazing value. My partner and I both work in restaurants and were blown away the moment we walked in.

We asked for the mussels as an appetizer and they were happy to oblige! They were excellent. The duck confit was a leg and thigh and was so tender and flavorful. We also had the pork chop served with a spicy corn. Would order any of those dishes again! Great service and we enjoyed the lively atmosphere!

The Bistro helped me host a late night dessert and happy hour event for about 20 guests during a conference this week. Lauren, Maria, Jorge, and the entire team were OUTSTANDING to work with! They set up everything and helped me stay within budget, all with less than a week's notice. When planning from out of state, I really appreciated all the guidance and detailed support they provided. The desserts were a big hit and the venue was beautiful. Thank you!!!!!
