Thanksgiving evening 2025. Food was fantastic. I was a little sad that we had to order stuffing on the side but other than that, we really enjoyed the food, service and drinks. The squash soup was absolute heaven. Very loud.

We were squished into a table that was out in a space where the traffic was heavy. The best part was the French onion soup. The server kept pouring water as we were eating/conversing. The food was okay at best but for the price point should have been better.

Dined Thursday at 8:00 pm, Thanksgiving evening. Arrived early and a very nice young woman said we couldn't be seated until 8. She passed us out in the lobby, got us drinks, felt table wouldn't be ready at 8 b/c how busy they were, and promised the restaurant would do everything to get us seated. It was busy. Text arrived—table ready. Drinks transferred to table hassle free, waiter showed up quickly and courses flowed as they should. The turkey dinner was like home made and they ran out of things but were cool about offering fair subs. Bravo to this restaurant. One yr in SLC we waited close to 2 hours for our Thanksgiving table and we know how restaurant dinners on Thanksgiving go.

Everyone was welcoming, cordial and so professional 🦃 A  real asset to your Bistro restaurant is the young man Sam Jester who receives  and welcomes the dinner guests🤩.  He's a keeper😀

Food and service are amazing. Drinks are very good although not a great beer menu. We really enjoyed our dinner here and will be back. Our only complaint although slight is that it’s pretty crowded.

Very underwhelming experience. Poor food, poor service. Food came out late, undercooked. Was sitting in front of a bartender who would let my empty drink sit for more than 5+ minutes at a time so I stopped after two. Sadly the food took even longer to come out. I will not be returning.

First thing we noticed was the noise level, walked in and it was super noisy. The tables were very crowded, pretty much no space between you and the other people dining, so expect the server's behind right at your table when they are helping the table next to you. The only thing good about this place was the food. Food was amazing but everything else was not. Service sucked even though our server was super friendly, the timing was off, food comes out when you're still eating your appetizer. We couldn't hear each other it was so noisy. We definitely would not recommend and will not be going back.

The food was great and our server was awesome! The only downside was the host (I think her name was Sienna). She started helping us with our reservation but stopped mid-way to chat and make a future reservation for another guest who interrupted. We just stood there waiting, which felt pretty rude and uncomfortable.
Another host ended up seating us and was very kind. Everything else, the food and service — was excellent, but that first interaction definitely left a bad impression.
Our server was excellent. Sadly the duck was removed from the menu. Why??? This has been on the Bistro's menu forever. The trout was overly lemoned - it was too acidic and tart, and too saucy. Kind of strange. part of it was almost inedible. I don't like to waste food, so just struggled through and ate it. Please bring back the duck!

We love the Bistro - we had the trout, steak frites and two dozen very fresh and good oysters. Two good cocktails, and dinner was done - and very good.

The service was excellent. Ulysses did a great job of taking care of us. The food was just ok. Two of us had the steak. Good portion, not that tender. One had the chicken cordon bleu... pretty dry. One had the pork chop and loved it.
