We had amazing service from the moment we walked in the door to being seated in the back room (which we always request so we can have conversation and less noise action). The restaurant was super busy but service was right on. Erica could answer all questions and was a superb server...delightful personality. Food is always delicious. Martini perfect. The bistro burger with fries is done to order...not over-done like so many places. Brownie sundae way too big for two people so four of us shared.

We were seated in the hotel lobby which was perfect. The Bistro can get awfully loud so this is perfect. I have no complaints except the cost of a single glass of wine! Much too too expensive.

Great value for the money. Great staff and very tasty food. Best French onion soup I have had in a log time.

Dani was a terrific server! We love sitting in the lobby as opposed to the dining room due to the noise level. The bar steak and quail were both outstanding!

We had a fantastic evening, the food was excellent , we had the pork chop and chicken. The restaurant was packed, but our waiter handle it exceptional. Such a great evening!

Always good. Always too noisy. The food is good. The atmosphere is good, but unfortunately, everyone knows it's noisy, but there's never any effort to try to reduce the noise with different acoustics.

Impeccable service, everyone is super kind and polite. Food and drinks are amazing. This is the second time we visit the restaurant and had a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work guys!

Favorite place in Jackson Hole, WY! Love the happy hour 3:00-5:00. Dinner twice on our recent trip and the food was fabulous. Bar tenders and wait staff are great! We even met management and they were also great! All around 10 out of 10.

The food was subpar. The steak and fries were not that good, the sauce on the streak was nothing special . The escargot only tasted like mushrooms. The brownie Sunday was dry.. it was store purchased brownies and gross. The service was great, and the atmosphere was fun.

Service was excellent as usual but I was very disappointed in the menu. It was very meat heavy and the vegetarian options were not appealing. I had the lamb which was spicy to me even though the waiter said it wasn't. The Caesar salad and French Onion soup are always good but the menu is too over the top for me. I preferred the menu at the former location . Also, there was no California Chardonnay by the glass which was disappointing. Wines by the glass are expensive and the pour is not great.

Thanksgiving evening 2025. Food was fantastic. I was a little sad that we had to order stuffing on the side but other than that, we really enjoyed the food, service and drinks. The squash soup was absolute heaven. Very loud.

We were squished into a table that was out in a space where the traffic was heavy. The best part was the French onion soup. The server kept pouring water as we were eating/conversing. The food was okay at best but for the price point should have been better.

Dined Thursday at 8:00 pm, Thanksgiving evening. Arrived early and a very nice young woman said we couldn't be seated until 8. She passed us out in the lobby, got us drinks, felt table wouldn't be ready at 8 b/c how busy they were, and promised the restaurant would do everything to get us seated. It was busy. Text arrived—table ready. Drinks transferred to table hassle free, waiter showed up quickly and courses flowed as they should. The turkey dinner was like home made and they ran out of things but were cool about offering fair subs. Bravo to this restaurant. One yr in SLC we waited close to 2 hours for our Thanksgiving table and we know how restaurant dinners on Thanksgiving go.

Everyone was welcoming, cordial and so professional 🦃 A real asset to your Bistro restaurant is the young man Sam Jester who receives and welcomes the dinner guests🤩. He's a keeper😀
