We reserved the elevated front area for a private event of 16 people. Everyone at Bistro was so helpful throughout the process. They were quick, clear, and helpful in all of the communication leading up to the event. They were also very candid about the pricing. Upon arriving, we were greeted with enthusiasm and the service was excellent. They created the night exactly as we had planned for and were flexible with our large group. The food and drinks were delicious! Would recommend...
We were seated a half hour later than our reservation, but they thoughtfully comped our two appetizers. It was otherwise an enjoyable evening. We liked the calamari, chicken, and pork. The mussels weren’t very meaty but the sauce was excellent as were the frites. Fun, vibrant atmosphere and reasonable food prices for Jackson.
The food was just okay. For the premium price i expected better. Our service was very poor. I used to wait bar and tables and always give my servers the benefit of the doubt. We had to flag down our waiter after he passed us by for his other tables. Sat with empty drinks for a long time. He could have made more had he gotten us more wine! He never checked in us after the food was put in front of us.
