Some of the best nachos I’ve ever had in my life. Layered like a lasagna with ingredients between the chips, all the cheese was melted, the pickled jalapeños were toasted, and the beans were delicious.

Ate here for lunch today, there was no wait, and the food was very tasty with lots of flavor. We had a variety of entrees. Fajitas, tacos, quesadilla and chimichangas. They all was great! The queso with ground beef had lots of flavor as well. The complimentary hot chips and salsa was delicious. Server was friendly and prompt. After having some issues at other local restaurants, it was nice to get great service and great food.

Chips and queso were very good. Fajitas were bland. Cheese enchiladas were bad.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had on my life in a restaurant. I left almost my whole food on the plate and cost me $60 for 2 plates and a soda. Sorry, this Can be anything else, but isn’t Mexican food. I ordered two plates of spinach cheese quesadillas, NO TASTE.

If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this just isn’t the place. Saw many recommendations for this place in tourism magazines and online, left very disappointed.

Service was horrible. Our waitress hardly spoke to us. Food is also not worth the hefty prices. I got the barria tacos. Comes with 2 tacos for $18!! The meat had zero flavor and very watery. Not made in cosume like it should. The dish is provided with a bowl of oil and some nasty thick spices in the bottom. The tacos were tiny and flavorless. I got more flavor out of the salsa with chips than my food. Our portions were so small we were finished eating in 8 minutes. However, we waited for our check for 20 minutes. The server waited the table next to us, looked at our plates and walked away. I went to the restroom and she passed by me and never came to our table. There was 5 tables in the whole restaurant with people at them. I will never go here again and I will never recommend to anyone!!!

My wife made an online order and came in 7 minutes after the online order said it was supposedly done… it wasn’t, it came through from toast as online order check 169 and was confirmed to be completed by 7:24, my wife had to wait with our 2 year old till 7:48. Tell me how when she got home with the bag still full yet 2 birria tacos and the rice and beans were nowhere to be found. I called twice and my wife called twice but no one’s answered at 8:15 on a Saturday night… this is unacceptable. Now she’s gotta be at work at 3:00 am and only had chips for dinner. Sad to see what was once a local favorite fade away.

My husband and I enjoyed a lunch here on a weekday. Seating was quick and our server really hustled. We enjoyed enchiladas and a burrito. The chips and salsa are some of the best I have had in a restuarant.

The interior is very pretty, especially with the transparent ceiling, but the high-top seating where we sat was uncomfortable—the chairs weren’t great for sitting and eating a full meal.

Food was a mixed bag. The Carne Asada Enchiladas with red sauce were excellent and definitely the highlight. The Tex-Mex Burrito was average, heavy on rice and beans with very little meat. The Carne Asada Burrito was better but still had more beans than meat. The Southwest Chicken Salad was also just okay.

Drinks were also hit or miss. The Huckleberry cocktail was good—we ordered it not spicy—but the beer menu was very lackluster. To make matters worse, our waitress didn’t even know the name of the IPA she served us.

Service overall felt disorganized. It seemed like there was only one waitress covering the entire restaurant, while several other employees stood around without helping.

Stopped in for a late lunch on a busy Saturday around noon, and we were so impressed! Despite the crowd, the vibe was great. The decor is clean and has a fun, whimsical feel that makes the place really inviting.

Our server was fantastic—friendly and incredibly fast, especially considering how packed it was.

Now for the star of the show: the food! We ordered the Carne Asada Plate and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was perfectly marinated, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was flavorful. The sauces that came with it were also incredibly tasty and really complemented the meal.

With the great food, speedy service, and cool atmosphere, Merry Piglets has definitely earned a spot as a regular go-to for us. We can't wait to come back!

Ordered a ground beef taco salad. Took the first bite and it was cold, thought maybe it was the sour cream. Took a second bite and it had ice in it- when I pulled it out of my mouth it was raw, frozen hamburger. Whole salad was full of uncooked frozen hamburger. I mean how does that even happen at a restaurant ?

The bus boy was the only one who was apologetic- never saw a manger. Waitress offered to replace it , at this point I was sick to my stomach.

Then waitress never came back to our table after that until she brought the bill for the other 3 meals.

Want to highlight the excellent customer service and care the team here took. We were driving home from the Tetons and stopped for lunch, picked up a to-go order, and realized an hour into the drive that our order was wrong. The food was good, but we were sad we didn’t get what we wanted. We spoke with Garret on the phone who was so kind and understanding and really wanted to make things right. Was not expecting this kind of response from them, and because of it, we will absolutely be back again when we are in town. Thanks so much for looking out for your customers!
