I recommend that you prepare berries mentally before entering this place because there are many surprises, the lack of customer service abounds there, apart from the fact that if what you want is to eat a delicious lunch at 12:00 I advise you to arrive at the establishment at 10:00 am, and relax while they take care of going to the store to buy the ingredients.

It is sad to go to a place where you can enjoy delicious Mexican food and from the beginning you enter and can't stop coughing because of the aroma of spicy cooking at certain times, a service that leaves much to be desired due to the lack of interest on the part. service and in the end the food lacked flavor, I definitely recommend looking for a better option and when paying check that it is the price of the menu because they overcharged me

Not sure what authentic actually means.
1. Food very bland, but tasty enough.
2. Not offered any drink to start, and when I asked, I got no reply. Stuck with water.
3. Tried to hunt down the server for the check, so I just waited at the front counter.
4. The ambiance and mariachi type music playing is what I would consider authentic.

I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. We had tilapia and Pollo ranchero, and both were delicious. Even the beans were good - not the typical paste you often get. Definitely give this place a try!

I was charged 400% for a side of tomatoes.
I understand that there typically is a charge for sides but that’s outrageous.

The portions were good. Food itself was pretty basic. The service was mediocre and no complimentary chips. Pretty expensive for the experience, even by Jackson standards.

Everything could have been better here. That's all I'm going to say about this place. Won't be coming back. Traveling thru for the weekend. Mistake by picking this place for an early dinner. It's not worth the price. Maybe expensive because of the area. Didn't even get chips and salsa. What mexican restaurant doesn't serve chips and salsa? $4.50 for a terrible lemonade. Wow!!
Just my opinion. 3 stars today.

Chips were stale, service is horrible, we did not even get a refill on our waters. Our server was extremely unhelpful, and let us sit at the front for 15 minutes after she told us she was getting help - we never received help, and ended up having to leave without a receipt. Unprofessional and not worth your money.
