The food was cold and tasted off and drinks were hot that the ice melted my husband's beer was hot as well the service was okay the waiter didn't understand the menu and I had to explain what chicken centers were. And the atmosphere felt empty don't get me wrong it's a beautiful place but the place was always empty. I don't recommend coming. That was my first and last time. I thought "this place is always empty we should go try it out" now I know why...

We sat down for a lunch on a Monday afternoon. We sat at a booth were there was two different salsa there on some dishes, anyone could’ve messed with the salsa as it sat there. I did see a worker clean a table by sprayer a chemical on the table without removing said salsa, chemicals all in it now.Food was sub par. Rice and beans were not good whatsoever. Our food came out at different times. About 5-7 minutes after each other. I was finished with my dish before the last person even got their food.

I came to Jackson for a delivery and fell in love with the scenery. It was matched by the kindness of Mario to have opened a little early for me since I had to leave. I got the breakfast burrito and it was delicious and savory. The music coming from the kitchen was enjoyable and set the vibe for the restaurant. It's definitely authentic as it gets. I will make sure to return when I'm back in town.

I was extremely disappointed with the food and service.I would avoid at all cost. The food was ok at best not authentic in the least.They were rude and over charging when it came to check out.When we walked in there must of been maybe 2 -3 tables of people eating, yet service was extremely slow, and or sever kept forgetting our drink orders and kept ignoring us when we tried to remind her, when we finally got our food they of course forgot our food order so most of the table was eating while 2 of us were still waiting for food after 5 minutes the server finally came and asked if we were waiting for anymore food, we of course said yes and she asked if what we had ordered I’m assuming it was never placed to begin with, about 10-15 min later we finally got our food.When it was finally came to checking out there was literally no one at the front to help with check out we probably could have walked out and they wouldn’t have even noticed, we waited over 10 min for someone to finally help us with payingShe started asking us what we order even though she took our order, as she was adding the items we started noticing they were higher that what was listed in their menu, she just ignored us and kept charging us the wrong prices, when we told her again she got upset at us, and told us we were being dishonest we had to literally grab a menu and show her each item, she then was refusing to help us and instead starting helping the people behind us.Overall this was horrible experience from start to beginning, honestly I just wish we should have gone next door and had pizza.

Believe all the bad reviews, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they had reasonable prices but it was a big mistake. HORRIBLE customer service, the older lady working there was rude and tried to call us dishonest after we called her out when prices that were on the menu didn't match the prices that were being rung up. They stole money and refused to return it to us, save your money and go elsewhere!!
