Trio | An American Bistro offers excellent food and service, with a cozy indoor atmosphere and a great location in town. Popular menu items include the soup of the day, steak tartare, risotto with scallops, pork chop, and a highly-recommended burger. The waffle fries, blue cheese fondue, and mushroom pizza also receive praise. The daily fish special was plated beautifully and the pizza was fantastic. The Shishito peppers were out of this world. The Rib eye, cooked to perfection, and the Spring Pea Risotto with outstanding shrimp are some of the best meals ever had. This establishment has great service, providing great recommendations and attentive service. The staff is top-notch, with servers who are so fun and friendly. Cocktails are good, and the food is consistently phenomenal, making Trio a gem in Jackson. Be sure to save room for the olive oil cake and the blue cheese fondue with waffle fries.
