I said it on my way out the door & I’ll repeat myself until everyone agrees that Trio is such a gem in Jackson. My food was 100%, I had the soup, halibut (perfectly seared & pairs with local mushies and a beautiful tangy and bold sauce), risotto, & smores dessert. I don’t even know why I bother going anywhere else bc Trios consistent nack at nailing the flavors brings comfort and equal parts delighted to your palette. Not to mention, the staff here… are top...
Definitely a 5-star restaurant. The food was phenomenal, the service was great, and the atmosphere was very classy. Our waitress, Evanny, went above and beyond to make sure our experience was as great as it could be. Compliments to the chefs as well for making delicious food. We will be back and 100% recommend Trio to anyone in Jackson Hole looking for a great fine dining experience.
We went here on a whim and they were able to squeeze us in at the bar. The servers were prompt to take our drink and food orders. We went with the thw two main specials of the night. Alaskan halibut and bison ribeye. The steak was fairly average. The chimichurri needed to be chopped more and lacked the proper amount of garlic, in my opinion. And the steak istelf lacked seasoning.
