My fried eggs were over cooked, the hashbrowns were old, meaning they were likely prepared much earlier and were dry.

Host skipped us because we were outside (as they did others for same reason). In 2025 perhaps they text you when table is ready? The food was good but not 5-star. Pancakes were plate sizes plenty of food for the money. The beverage guy was jam up on the spot to refill coffee or fill water. Our waitress was extra slow at every stage of the process. They were super busy so maybe lack of training or short staffed?

The Virginian Restaurant is what you’d expect of a hometown breakfast cafe. Nothing notable about the atmosphere and decor other than some historic photos and antiques. Food was good service was good and very clean. It’s locally owned and operated.

Good food, nice atmosphere, good service.
Pancakes, country style steak, cinnamon roll. Get them all. Could see there being a long wait on busy days.

Highly recommended - we spent some days at Virginian Lodge and loved the breakfast in that Restaurant so we came back every day. The Service is excellent, so is the food. Great variety and very tasty choice for everyone. Loved the huge cinnabun as well 🙃

Really can't say much about this restaurant we didn't eat there was very packed too much of a long wait but as I can see everybody was enjoying
Service was amazing, place was quick and clean. My eggs Benedict was sooo good and I am an eggs bene snob! Would definitely come back if in the Jackson Hole area.

Very good food, great selection and tasteful. Very friendly. I wish I knew the place before we went another restaurant the previous night, whose food wasn't good and was more expensive. I found this restaurant and will eat next time we visit Jackson.

The Virginian Restaurant is very Western with all the memorabilia on the walls. I had the KC Omelette which is Tomato & Mushroom & Cheese in it. Great flavor, and the hash browns that came with it were just right for some people, but I like them a little more browned. The coffee was great and I was asked or given a refill by 2 different people, and about 3 or 4 times, so that made me happy about the place. Most restaurants may ask you once, or not at all. It’s here is your food and coffee and then here is your check. Not here. They are looking out for you. Also, their salsa on the side was $2.75, and delicious on my eggs.

Omelette was great. Based on reviews got the cinnamon roll which was huge but dry.
Service was uneven - very busy.

The Reuben was so good, definitely get that if you get anything there! It’s not bad for the area on price, but for what you get idk if it’s 100% worth it.

Very dsappointing experience. I had to wait an hour just to be served, which completely ruined the morning. The service was extremely slow and unorganized. The food mediocre. Definitely not coming back.
