Favorite bar in town! Might not always be extremely busy, but the bartenders are fantastic, specifically Rachael and Emily! There is a wide selection of liquor, plenty of tvs to watch ur favorite channels, and a couple pool tables to pass the time. If you’re in town for a few days, highly recommend taking a bit of time to check out this gem!

Place is a hidden gem that isn’t all that hidden. Every place was full up trying to watch the Super Bowl and we luckily ran into this spot before we gave up. This place beats every other full spot we tried. Great people, drinks, food, and atmosphere. Couldn’t believe it wasn’t nearly as full. Crazy good prices during the Super Bowl too!

Living and working in Jackson is great, but when I come to the Virginian Saloon, I feel like I’m imposing on the bartender. Not warm and friendly, not conversational. Just a slow night on a Saturday. Definitely not a welcoming experience
