Used their app in the parking lot. My wife is disabled, so we do that. We took the time necessary to figure out what it was she wanted, purchased it, paid for it and pushed send. One minute later we got in the drive thru line, which was quite long. Let them know I was there and when we got to the lady in the box I said my name and we are ready to go! Best experience we've had in a very long time! Thank you Wendy's!

I don’t know if it’s just this Wendy’s or every Wendy’s but it’s literally $10 for one cheeseburger. Sorry guys but you’re not a Michelin starred restaurant and it shouldn’t cost this much for shitty fast food. Getting really tired of the Jackson price gouging. I don't know who was working the night shift on 11/21/2025 but I ordered a Medium chicken blt and 2 ordered of fries on doordash and I was given bare minimum fries for both orders and my chicken blt had no lettuce or tomatoes and it was a small. Terrible

This place is NOTORIOUS for leaving the drinks out of your order. They charge too much and NOBODY speaks ENGLISH with any proficiency at all. I'll Never go there again except to get my missing Coke tomorrow. When I called to tell her she left it out - she was rude, as if it was my fault. They're Horrible! Dairy Queen is MUCH better by far!

Right across from the hotel. Late at night, it was a quick meal and easy walk there.
Went there last night around 9pm after a 4 hour class and right before an hour long drive home. Pull up to the speaker and the lady was so rude to begin with rushing me through my order. I couldn’t even get one word out before she was like “what else”. Mind you there might have been one person in front of me but they pulled off as soon as I got done with my order. I get up to the window and right away I said “I’m so sorry but can I add a frosty” and the girl looked at me with the most annoyed look and goes “next time you need to order at the speaker.” I was so taken aback by the rudeness over the simple request. I’ve worked in customer service and I get small annoyances like that happen but to be rude to a customer like that was wild.

The lady taking orders through the drive thru is the rudest and most inconsiderate person ever. For one her English is awful and her attitude after she took my order wrong was even worse!! On top of that, we finally got our food and it’s not what we ordered!!
