Horrible place. Ordered food on our way. To be ready at 7:55 am. We were wanting to do a quick breakfast so we could be on our way. At 8 after standing in lobby for 30 minutes and no one asking if they could help me. I ask about my food. I had the app receipt and where it came out of my back account in hand when asking. Long story short she wouldn’t even look at my receipt or bank info. She just kept saying “not here “ showing me her screen. And “ too much for free food” It’s not free food. I’m showing you my receipt. I even asked her if that was the correct location. And she said yes. She wouldn’t even look at what I was showing her on the app receipt. I go outside mad to talk to my husband and call bank. After a few minutes she comes and taps in my window. “ food here” and walks away. No apology! I 30+ minutes to get order in??? Absolutely ridiculous! Do better!!

Never had such bad service at any fast food restaurant. The guy at the register can't work the computer terminal, count change or input coupons. Not sure why they need him. Lobby is full of people waiting for food they ordered 10 minutes ago. Wendy's should take their name off this franchise. Doesn't look good.

I'm so sick of going there almost every morning and every egg sandwich has egg shell pieces in it. Please do better or change your crew. Iv experience this countless times with me and my girl constantly having this problem making fast food too fast skipping corners. I shouldn't have crunchy biscuit sandwiches. Please fix this or I'm never going back. Take some extra care at Wendy's and especially the breakfast crew 😒🤬

Wendy’s is one of my favorite burger joints, but the lady working the drive-through had a terrible attitude. We all have problems, but taking it out on customers isn’t acceptable. If you don’t want to smile or do your job properly, you shouldn’t be working with the public. 🙂

It's okay. Food came out as ordered. It's fast food so my expectations are not that high. Update since my first visit...I have been here probably 10 times over the last 8 years. They are always busy and many times forget an item like your dipping sauce so check your order...but they are incredibly fast, patient and do the best they can...employees are always humble and kind....tonight the woman in the drive through was clearly bobbing her head to some music and having a little fun while working...it made me smile...to see ANYONE enjoying their job seems to be rare now...she uplifted my whole spirit! Of she consistently has that attitude she deserves a raise!
They served me cold french fries.And for some reason, I ordered a bowl of chili, and it came with a bunch of cheese in it. Cheese is not usually added to their chili.

Fairly busy mid-afternoon on a Saturday. Burger was fine but the fries were colder than the mild temp outside .
