Visiting Wendy's in Jackson Hole was a delightful experience overall! The food exceeded my expectations, showcasing fresh ingredients and a taste that reminds you why Wendy's stands out in the fast-food arena. The service here deserves a special mention; it was not only swift but came with a smile. The staff made us feel welcomed and attended to our needs efficiently, making the dining experience pleasant.However, there was a minor hiccup during our visit - the ice machine ran out. While this did not majorly detract from our overall experience, it was a slight inconvenience on a warm day. Nevertheless, the positives far outweigh this small issue. I appreciate the team's effort to maintain high standards in both food quality and customer service. I'm looking forward to my next visit and would recommend this Wendy's to anyone in the Jackson Hole area looking for a quick, satisfying meal.

It's not bad, it's just they make their food kinda bland. I recently went out to a Wendy's somewhere else and it was way better. Honestly, I've been eating at this Wendy's for so long I forgot what good Wendy's tastes like. It's still better than Mc Donald's but that's a pretty low bar to begin with.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with a chili. The chicken was so dry that I asked for a new patty. The manager accepted that the chicken was old and dry.With a subpar meal, one can typically expect some service whether it be freshened up fries or a dessert; obviously, I didn’t get anything. What made it worse was I didn’t get a valid apology. I waited for the batch to be cooked. Once I got the new sandwich, it was still pretty dry which makes no sense to me. This was by far the worst quality spicy chicken sandwich I’ve had at a Wendy’s (and I’ve been to quite a few in many different states.The food portions were subpar. Fries were not filled completely nor was my chili (see photos).Don’t expect great quality nor service.

The new breakfast menu is divine! Way better than McDonald's and also cheaper (sorry to my McDonald's fans out there). The biscuits taste like they were homemade very flaky and buttery and fresh.

You can great get some great healthy fast food here!Rolled into town after 9 o’clock, and even though all the bars were open, all the kitchens were closed, as were the restaurants.Got a salad and some chili.We figured we saved $30 or $40 on dinner. LOL
To start, I'm normally not a fan of wendys anywhere. I had some of the best fast food I have ever had here. Hot fresh fries and hot crispy chicken and bacon. Staff was courteous and helpful. Great budget friendly option in an otherwise pricey environment.

I came through the drive through tonight a Hispanic female employee who was wearing a red sport coat ensured I would gladly never return. She got my drinks wrong and when I mentioned it I was met with a window shut in my face. And when I went to pay for my food after the drinks mistake she shut the window in my face and didn’t take my money didn’t say a word and walked away. After waiting for about two minutes I left the drive thru line with no food. And without spending the 21 dollars. So thank you miss, for saving me 20$ tonight. And contributing that money to elsewhere in this community permanently

We went through the drive through and were never acknowledged. I drove around to the window and again, no acknowledgement. I went inside, guess what, no acknowledgement. I was going to give the food a chance and order for takeout, ut they do not actually take your order, it is an ordering kiosk that does not give the option to actually make changes like...I don't want cheese. Overall the worst Wendy's I have ever been to.
