This is a must stop! It's a rustic little bar restaurant with a great vibe. We ate in the bar at lunch time while traveling through with my elderly parents. The folks had burgers and said they were outstanding. I happen to be vegan, so eating at a bar is always a challenge, however they were extremely accommodating and I was very pleasantly surprised by a large chefs salad with a variety of toppings! I had expected just lettuce with tomatoes (which seems to be bar fare...
A western bar and grill, with a cafe alongside, partially separated from the bar. Good service, very good bar food featuring a Basque sandwich. Not a crumb of that left. ? This establishment is in a very small town and is the site of the Hole in the Wall gang.
They say at the Invasion, "come as a stranger, leave as a friend" One of the truest statements I have ever heard. From the first time we started stopping in there, we have made friends and continue to make more. Just a great place for a beer cocktail or even a soda if that is what you like. The food is amazing! always get a great meal at a great price! If you are in that area, please stop in and visit them! Don't forget to walk through Chris LeDoux memorial park!
