Had Tortilla soup and Arroz con pollo to go.Actually, I don’t know what I ordered at first, I just show them then the picture from google, they were very kind to explain the dish for me.Arroz con pollo was very good.Tortilla soup was a bit salty for us, but it still tasted good after added some hot water ?

?Authentic Mexican flavors and dishes! Everything they make with Carne Asada is delicious! Burritos and Tacos Del Carbon are great portions and I usually have leftovers ??? I will try to eat here every time I come through!

I stopped at El Jaliciense on a chilly day, I was hungry and ready for a late breakfast or an early lunch.The place looked clean and inviting, I ordered huevos rancheros and coffee. The food was hot, fresh, plentiful and delicious. The coffee was great too.You know how a lot of places these days have slow service and they explain it by not having enough staff? Somehow El Jalicience does not have this problem, service was quick and efficient. I could hear cooks sing in the kitchen :)I could tell this place is popular with locals, someone was placing a large order over the phone.Anyway, I highly recommend El Jaliciense if you are ever in Kemmerer. They have a large menu.
For been the only place and authentic Mexican Restaurant at this little town El Jalisciense Is the best in this area, will definitely go back.

Had and lunch and dinner there. The Verde Salsa is great on EVERYTHING! Cold beer in a bottle and tasty coffee is available. ELJ's is the local name. They have great food at a really good price. We would eat there again next time thru!

Excellent food, reasonably priced. Small, cozy dining room. We eat there every time we go to Kemmerer. Covid kept us home for 4 years, but we were glad El Jaliciense was still in business and the food was still great. I had Molcajete this time and Steak Picosa the week before. Both were excellent. My wife had a Chicken Fajita salad both times and enjoed both.
