Despite multiple owners, new managers, etc, this place absolutely sucks and can't seem to follow the most basic of directions. Literally for the past 6 years they ALWAYS just don't put cheese in the second sandwhich. It never fails. Got a coupon from a promotion a few days ago. It had been about 2 years since their last screwup, so decided to try Subway out again. I can be forgiving. I figured they couldnt POSSIBLY do the same thing again. They did. And I don't live in Lusk, so it isn't a matter of a 3 minute drive down the street. They also put some veggie I didn't ask for in the other sandwhich. I think y'all gotten way too many chances. Seriously, what is the statistical probability of screwing up up every order in the same way?

We stopped there today for a quick lunch while traveling. There was a tour bus parked out front, and we nearly got back into the car but decided to go in anyway. There were about 20 Japanese tourists in various stages of dining, and the women were working furiously to build all the sandwiches for them. They did a fantastic job taking care of everyone quickly and accurately. We got ours and set down for our lunch.
Vegetarian options: Salads with all the sandwich makings less meat and cheese.

Small town subway, food was good, staff entertaining
One of the staff was a bit rude because we created a line that went out the door. If you need the door shut at all times, it might be an idea to put a sign up? Customers aren’t made to feel welcome when you’re rude.
Appreciate it was clearly rush hour, but despite having food toasted, our sandwiches were left in a queue waiting to have salad added and went cold. I would suggest a better way of managing hot orders needs to be considered.

The location is clean, well laid out, and able to handle many people at once for a smaller place. The service depends on how many staff are working, & supply of food. Most of the time they have all the choices available. We've been when they were out of item's. Like out of Meatballs for Meatball subs. Or some veggies. The toaster oven was not working on one visit. Staff has been short, lines can get long. Other than that it's one of the few places in Lusk that stay open all day. Most close at 2pm.
