One of the staff was a bit rude because we created a line that went out the door. If you need the door shut at all times, it might be an idea to put a sign up? Customers aren’t made to feel welcome when you’re rude.
Appreciate it was clearly rush hour, but despite having food toasted, our sandwiches were left in a queue waiting to have salad added and went cold. I would suggest a better way of managing hot orders needs to be considered.

The location is clean, well laid out, and able to handle many people at once for a smaller place. The service depends on how many staff are working, & supply of food. Most of the time they have all the choices available. We've been when they were out of item's. Like out of Meatballs for Meatball subs. Or some veggies. The toaster oven was not working on one visit. Staff has been short, lines can get long. Other than that it's one of the few places in Lusk...
