Order a sandwich and wings did not get my dipping sauce was charge for it and my onion rings were soggy I even left a huge tip and walk up to the bar and order it myself not impressed they were standing around on the phones and still could not get one order correct 🤬
Unfortunately, when you go to gamble on the gaming side of the bar you might get waited on in a timely manner, but it just depends on who's working. There's probably a reason customers go to the bar to get a drink. Tonight, when I walked to the bar to get a drink only to find the employees from the gaming side talking about me when I walked up to the bar. Maybe if they would've been walking around asking if I need a drink, I would've asked you, but you were too busy talking about me.
Most of the people that work at the Beacon are really awesome, but due to tonight experience I won't be going back any time soon.

With the exception of the manager, the service and staff is wonderful. Thus the reason for the one star The manager needs to go due to poor customer service and staff neglect and unable to work under pressure. The food is super good the atmosphere lively , but when you see staff being rudely spoken to by the manager after asking if we have ordered we could not justify to stay and experience such rude behavior. We will keep on going there but only to be served by staff who actually do their job and make customers are good to go
