They take such good care of me. They know my drink by heart they’ve begun to recognize my vehicle on my face and when I see them out and they all say hi. I try really hard to order on the app and I when I can’t they literally put a sticker on my drink that says Whitney’s chai. I wish all their shops had the açai bowl but I understand why they don’t.

They have a huge variety of items and the staff has always been great. I love the Centennial location. It's close to my house, however I miss delivery being an option from that location, but oh well I guess (maybe it'll help with my splurging 😂).

I just ordered off the new sips app for the first time! 10/10 love it! So much easier than the Joe app. I think I'm going to like the new points system too! The Joe app always froze on me when I would try to order. 😅 Thank you Sips! 🥳🥰

Staff was very good! But today I chose coffee that showed the price for the 16oz to be $4.98 but the cart price was 5.98 by the time tax, fees and auto tip was included the prices was $8.13. I will be choosing a company that has more transparency in pricing next time.

I love Sips and recommend them BUT today was the worst service I have had there. I ordered 3 drinks. They got 2 drinks wrong, wrong sizes so therefore I was over charged. We waited 40 minutes for THREE drinks. 2 of them tasted AWFUL. We had had those drinks before so we knew what they were supposed to taste like. I could’ve said something then but I didn’t because we had someplace to be that we were already now late to so there was no way I could wait again. Also, an employee stomped out of the building. And another yelled at someone and another was swearing under their breath. I love the drinks and food there but something needs to change desperately. I don’t want to bring my business elsewhere, but I will if I have to.

Great tasting coffee. Extremely pain in the ass pull up aspects One side is for only call in and the other just anybody pulling up. The side that isn’t online orders is a nightmare to pull into. Two coffees took the girls over 10 minutes to make on Sunday. It was awful. Baristas should be proficient and quality. Also redo your whole drive up windows. It’s really not helpful at all. In all my travels THE ONLY coffee stand that does this.

Ever since the owner decided to open her shop in Casper it has been my favorite drink spot! The espresso doesn’t taste burnt and I love the variety in their drinks!! The staff are always super friendly and greet you with a smile and good attitude!! I have only tried the cake pops they offer there, but they’re still the bomb!!

Their coffee is amazing and the staff are nice but it takes forever to get coffee. I placed an order online at 1:22, it said it should be ready by 1:32, I showed up late and it still wasn't ready. It took her 10 minutes to get one of the two cars at the window, their coffee. Then I waited another 5 minutes to get my coffee, I finally got it at 1:55.
