I order in person almost every Friday for classes we hold for our clients. This group of workers are spot on and fallow my craziness when it comes to multiple sandwiches. Very accommodating, quick, and friendly. Veggies are a bit sparce according to the feed back I get, but - at the end of the day, they all get their sandwiches! Thankyou Crew in Mills, WY!

Thursday 10/30/2025. Placed an online order that gave me a pickup time of 7:05pm. Good thing I was doing laundry next door, because at 6:55pm as I was outside about to go in and see if it was ready, a young lady locked the door on me. I told her I had an online order pickup and her coworker grabbed it from the back and handed it to me at the door. Information online lists this location as being open until 9pm. Not to make assumptions, but neither one of them looked old enough to own a Subway franchise. Does the boss know they closed 2 hours early? đ€

Ordered 5 sandwiches, all of them were made wrong. Not toasted, no veggies, added veggies, salt that would put the dead sea to shame, Chipotle mayo instead of regular mayo. The only thing right was the meat, and even that was little to none. Not to mention when I walked in I got glared, where if looks could kill I would be gone. Highly recommend to just go the extra 10 min to the subway on CY Ave. Or the one in Walmart.

MY SANDWICH WAS NOT CUT IN HALF IT WAS CUT WEIRD LIKE 1/3rd AND 2/3rds
Went in for lunch about noon on 9/5, the food was good, the woman who rang me up was very pleasant, and the woman who I assumed was new was also very pleasant. I cannot say the same for the woman who took my order.. not very friendly to the customers and very rude to her own staff. When I heard her tell the two woman âyouâre not moving from that spot for an hourâ and I saw how she was treating them, makes me not want to return to this restaurant. Seemed very much like a power tripper. You couldnât pay me enough to work with someone like that. She was very rude and degrading to her staff, if you canât respect the people that you work with and that help you everyday, I canât imagine you would be very pleasant to your customers.. very uncomfortable. unfortunately I wonât return.

Funny go to get a sandwich 2 pm on a Saturday and they say they are closed no bread nothing but website says open till 4 pm . Such great service didnât even try to offer anything to me at all. Contractors beware your guys will be pissed and late back to the job if they go to subway
The casher took customers money and then went and stuck her hands in the cheese with out gloves on. she would not bag my stuff up I had to my self. she was real rude. was at 12:30 on 9/26/23
