Today these people told me they don't even make the coffee it comes pre-made and they have no non-dairy options. I dont know if they're lying or not, but either way I will not be returning.

Very rude barista. Saw me waiting and just completely ignored me. I know we all have bad days but she was rudest of the rude. Everything else was five stars however.

Product is great, love the coffee company. This location has terrible employees! They refused to sell me a caribou cantina because they didn't know how too and would not take any actions to help figure out how to accomplish the sale. They chose to just walk way from the counter and refuse the sale. Never have I seen a caribou employee behave so poorly.

Stopped on July 9th. Ordered a hot coffee. What I received was lukewarm at best. This is not the first time that has happened at a Caribou. Be better overall. Hot coffee should be hot. Thank you.

I love the coffee here the only issues is that they need to fix there hours on both the app and Google. I had order a coffee through the app at around 7:30pm which it said it was open till 8pm but long and behold it was closed at 7pm.

Love that there is a Caribou in Wyoming!!! Wish there were more! Good service. The gal there was super busy. They could probably use a 2nd person in the little Caribou shop.
