Last time I ate her my sub tasted like chemicals and I threw it away

Everytime single time I go into this subway there's two older lady's that are working and they always have a bad attitude and never let you finish your order properly because they interrupt you and then when my child was ordering she would ignore him so I had to keep telling her what he was wanting. they were even upset with the customers that wanted to eat in the establishment and got upset because they had to wipe a table down and do their job. It's a no wonder this subway doesn't have good ratings they have terrible costumer service.

There was a young lady working at 4 pm on 8/2 that was working her tail off she was calm cool and collected. She was working hard while her side helper some boy couldnt even put veggies on a sandwich. He ignored customers, he ignored the toaster, he struggled to run the till. The lady beside him was nice, compassionate, and held it together as the bikers before me talked crap about service because the ice machine was broken. She was not supported by her team or customers but she was professional and kind. I hope you fire the man he brought down the entire operation and she had to put out his fires while taking care of us. I am sorry I didnt get her name but she is a 10/10 employee!

“Where customer service comes to die”
Stopped at this Subway in the middle of nowhere Wyoming, hoping for a quick bite and a break from the road. The food itself? Solid. Just what you’d expect from Subway.
But the customer service was absolutely brutal. The two workers behind the counter treated every customer like an inconvenience. It didn’t matter how clearly or politely you ordered — you were bound to offend them somehow. Asking for lettuce felt like negotiating a hostage release.
The whole experience reminded me of the Soup Nazi episode from Seinfeld. One wrong move, and you were met with eye-rolls, sighs, or outright snark. It wasn’t just us — they were equally rude to everyone in the store.
If you’re in the area and craving Subway, brace yourself. This location might feed your body, but it’ll bruise your spirit.
To top it off the fountain drink machine was broken. I guess we got rung up for non combo prices. So while we, as a family of 5 left with our stomachs full, our wallet was $80 lighter.
Terrible customer service. Don’t go here if you’ve had a bad day.
Willy took great care of us and made our sub with great attention to detail. His customer service was awesome!
I’ve been there twice. The first time it was very good just a typical subway.
However, the second time there was three people behind the counter, and two of them kept yelling at each other and arguing.
Lettuce was brown... And you can not see the food on the bar like all other subways I wasn't real happy with employees appearance or the way the service went I had to tell the guy that a pizza took cheese then he ask .DO YOU WANT IT TOASTED WELL YES ID LIKE MY FOOD COOKED ...JUST ALL AROUND BAD 😞

We came in (as a basketball team) and there was one lady working(Toni). I understand that all those orders must be difficult, but her attitude was appalling. She was rude and abrasive. She seemed like she really hated her job. For example, this was one of the conversations; a girl on the team “can I please get a Italian sub?” Tony (in a very loud and annoyed tone) “ on what bread? What cheese? Toasted? Common your not a idiot.” The rest of the girls where too scared to order, stumbling on there words, not ordering everything they wanted, just because of the fear of getting yelled at and told off by this middle age fast food worker. From her eye roles to her tone of voice, she was the most disrespectful lady we’ve ever come across. Not impressed.

This is the cleanest, best-serviced Subway we have ever been to! The staff were exceptional in both customer service and clean, safe handling of the food. We were only passing through Wyoming, but I would recommend this stop to anyone!
