If you’re looking for a fine dining experience, this isn’t your place. We came for a good burger and a cold drink after a day of hiking and it was perfect! Very authentic atmosphere if you want to feel like you’re at a ranch in Wyoming!

Horrible food, way overpriced, bad service. I wasn’t expected 5 star food or service, but when the food and service at McDonalds is better, we have a problem. It is basically frozen food, superheated and served with mo flavor. Worst $100+ I have ever spent on a meal for my family. Plus they charge 20% gratuity automatically and don’t do anything to deserve a gratuity. You order yourself, find your own table, and after the food arrives, you never hear from them again.

Horrible place that used to be good. Auto gratuity 20 pct and charging $3 for a water because they say they don’t have any glasses. What type of cafe doesn’t have glasses. The service is terrible too. The guy demanded food to be ordered at the bar, dropped the food on the table and walked away as quick as possible when serving… what’s the 20 pct for again? Restaurant was also filled with flies and disgusting yellow spray foam insulation roof 😂

Do not eat here. We checked in to the hotel and decided to eat here, because nothing else was nearby and we were tired to drive somewhere else.
So you need to order in the bar, the bartender doesn’t know much about food they serve. We asked for the water, they said you have to buy a cup for more than $3 and if you want you can refill it later, but they put a tap water in there for $3!
When they brought a food a bartender put fork and knife to my boyfriend and didn’t put anything for me. I picked it up myself. Food was whatever. Salad was without any dressing, salt and pepper.
They put 20% tip automatically. But there is no service, you serve yourself!!
Prices are ridiculously high. At the morning I asked for a hot water, they said you have to buy a paper cup for $5 !!! I ordered avocado toast. I didn’t know anyone can make avocado toast taste horrible 🥲 Avocado itself was not fresh, it was going bad already, giving rotten taste. I wanted two soft boiled eggs because in the menu is written that I can choose eggs in my style. They said they cannot make boiled eggs and it will be only pan fried. It was the worst avocado toast and they charge $20 for that crap!
Their food and service are terrible, save yourself a mood and eat somewhere else.

The food could be good but the place is too dirty . For the prices and when I pay 3.95 for a glass of tap water I expect a better service and a clean place. If the place was clean and the service was friendly the place could be amazing because has great potential but as right now it’s very disappointing

one person in the kitchen working and that’s ok!
the servers (can i call them servers or waiters though? they didn’t care if we lived or died) didn’t let us know it would be a 40 min wait for our food or to at least expect a wait before we ordered. we were the only ones there and only stopped there because we came out of heart six horse riding. the 20% tip is automatically added for virtually no service and there’s still a line to add an additional tip.
the food was great, we promptly ate and left. or maybe we were starving so bad we couldn’t tell the difference. can’t even get a cup of tap water, it’s $3 or $4 for a bottle. interesting place for sure, needs some serious upgrades.

Ate here out of convenience because we stayed nearby. I will say that love the decor, all of the odds and ends are charming and make for great atmosphere and photos. They also don't skimp on the food portions. Unfortunately, my rating is mostly because of the pricing. Not only do they charge $3 for water (!), they also add an automatic 20% gratuity to every check (regardless of party size) without disclosing. The $5 takeout fee is also new to me. Perhaps the saddest part was the pitiful selection of beers. If you had the option, I'd probably look elsewhere for food.
