Disappointing… was so excited to bring friends who are visiting here. We drove 3 hours and wanted to sit outside on patio. The grill for the patio was out of propane so I asked when it would be back open all the server said is “no idea”- she could’ve added an estimation 1hr? 2 days?? .. so I asked if we could order at another restaurant in the building then bring it out AND order drinks from the patio. She said no despite having very limited offerings. We ended up ordering their non grill items (less than 5 choices and 3 of those were salad) and it was not at all tasty or appetizing. At the end of our meal other guests brought food in from another restaurant and the server watched and said nothing…
The view is the only reason I gave this place stars.

Our experience at the Mural Room was horrendous. I promise I am not being dramatic when I say I have never had a worse dinning experience. We waited 2 hours for our meals to arive and 1.5 hours for desert that was ordered ahead of time and cold when it finally arrived. Staff was leaving and lights were dimmed during our meal. Wait staff was too embarrassed to even stop by, to the point where we had to find people for assistance (I think our waitor stopped by 3 times in the 4 hours we were there). For $40+ per plate, the food was mediocre at best. The broccolini was burnt and under cooked, the steak was cold and over cooked, etc.
Food and drinks: Over priced and under quality.

The Lodge is beautiful. We were also upgraded to a mountain view! Everything was perfect except sleeping at night. After hiking all day and trying to get a good night's sleep, a lift was outside our 3rd floor window at 3:15 in the morning. It was loud, it had lights and who does this to their guests? We complained to the front desk and asked the manager to call us but nobody called us. Hope this review is helpful in that this doesn't happen to other guests who pay a whole lot of money for this lodge.

$500 a night for red roof in quality. No AC, old out dated, musty and uncomfortable rooms. Rude girl checked us in. We paid in advance upon reserving or I’d of left in 1st 10 minutes.

Jackson Lake Lodge provides a wonderful retreat in the heart of Grand Teton National Park. The location is unbeatable, with panoramic views of the Teton Range from almost every angle. The lodge itself is spacious and well-maintained, blending modern amenities with rustic charm. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though some updates to the decor could enhance the overall experience.
The staff are friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Dining options are varied and offer delicious meals, although they can be a bit pricey. The outdoor terrace is a perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning sunset over the mountains.
However, for those seeking a memorable stay in a breathtaking natural setting, Jackson Lake Lodge is an excellent choice.

Location location location
The lodge is located in the center of Grand Teton National Park with breath taking views of the mountains.
Ideal for catching the sunset, sunrise, or stargazing.
But that’s pretty much the only thing going for it. Rooms are quite standard, there is no AC which in the summer can be painful. It’s generally nowhere close to what I would expect in this price range.
That being said, I would still stay at the lodge for the landscapes, but be warned, don’t expect much comfort

Pretty awesome stay but rooms were super hot with no AC in 80 degree temps! Also wish the cottages had a microwave.

Disappointed.
Rooms are damp, no air conditioning, no facilities inside the room, pool closes too soon, no tv in the room. Wi-Fi barely works, fan speed is slow, bathroom door doesn’t lock.

This place is amazing. We didn’t stay here, but came over from Colter Bay to visit. The view is bucket list! The bar 10/10. The pioneer grill 10/10. Definitely get the biscuits and gravy. We DID NOT have a good experience at the Mural Room, however. Maybe was just us. Everyone else’s food got served to them good and hot. Chalk it up to bad luck I guess. Either way, 100% visit this place, so much to offer, but I wouldn’t waste your time or money at the Mural.
Cottage was comfortable and within walking distance of the main lodge and the pool. The heated pool with the Mexican cantina was a great addition to a relaxing evening. All in all, this is THE place to stay while visiting the Tetons.

We stayed in room 572 and it was beautiful, including the walkout patio with spectacular views of Jackson Lake and the Teton Mountains ?The Blue Heron Lounge has great craft cocktails and beers, and delicious appetizers! The Mural Room fine dining was Absolutely Amazing! The beautiful ambiance with formal crystal and china and beautiful flowers, along with extremely attentive staff. The dinner was spectacular! With beautiful views of sunset at Tetons and the Jackson Lake?
The hotel is truly a gem of the Tetons!
Safety: Very well done so you’re safe walking around even at night in the property. Great evening activities at hotel like fireside chat with expert about the wildlife, and the flora and fauna, and star gazing!

Overpriced and undervalued. Bring your own toilet paper; the super cheap and painful stuff they give you coupled with the diarrhea inducing food from the lodge’s restaurants will result in hemorrhoids. All five of us got stomach problems after eating in the restaurant Mural. This place is way over priced and not very good. Slow service, cold comes late and cold. The pizza place over by Colter Bay was really good. The ceiling fan in our room was so noisy and wouldn’t work properly in our hot box. Overall, I wouldn’t mind the value if they didn’t jack the prices up to $500 a night for what you get.
