Excellent food. Great service. Wonderful & very helpful staff. Incredible experience. Love this place so much. Everyone working here is very polite, extremely helpful, & cordial. Food quality is great & it tasted so good. Highly recommended for vegetarians too. Goat cheese & arugula salad was excellent. Wonderful ambience.

During our 2 night stay in the Headwaters Lodge & Cabins we enjoyed breakfast and dinner here. It was convenient and really the only food option nearby. Their service and food was very good which isn't always the case with a captive audience. It was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Keep up the good work!! We would return to Headwaters and Sheffields again.

Bruschetta was good but dump the onions. Trout and salmon dinners were very good with mashed potatoes and side salad. Their muffins and butter were tasty but so small they are basically one bite each.

I ordered the steak, wife ordered the buffalo Mac. The steak was like chewing a car tire—tough and hard to cut. Hers was decent but the chicken strips were highly likely to be frozen chicken strips from the bag, not battered/fried in the restaurant—for 30 bucks I expect a little higher quality.
Price point is kinda understandable for being an isolated location but not worth it IMO.

Excellent choice in the park to eat. The staff were courteous and professional, and that includes everyone from host to server to table busing person. The food and craft bar drinks rival some of the finest restaurants where we’ve eaten let along in a park. We will def make this a priority stop the next time we return to the area.

I think Stefani was the best server I’ve encountered during this vacation.

We stayed in one of the cabins and had two meals here.

The first one was a late lunch at the bar upon arrival. The restaurant was closed but we were told we can get food at the bar. 1 star for being open and having food. That was about the only thing good about the place. Overpriced $22 burger, very mediocre. But the worst part was service. They had the bartender handling food orders, he was very rude. Not just to us, there were 2 other parties there and they received the same treatment (at least he’s consistent). I got scolded for folding the menu. I asked for a side of chicken with my entree, he started arguing with me (this would have been for my 4.5 year old. I’ve been ordering her a side of grilled chicken for 4 years because I don’t need her to have a pound of French fries that the kids menu offers, this was the first time that a restaurant insisted that I had to order salad if I wanted to add the chicken). But even all that aside (let’s suppose the chicken thing is restaurant policy and the menus shouldn’t really be folded), his demeanor was jsut rude. Very unpleasant experience.

We didn’t want to cook in the morning so we went back for breakfast. A whole different experience. This time the restaurant was open. 5 stars. Polite and very pleasant staff. My breakfast burrito was delicious. Yea, $18, but at least it came with flavor and great service.

I’ll actually happily bump the rating up to 4 as soon as management acknowledges this review. That bartender simply needs training in guest relationships.

We stayed at the campground and have tried both brunch and dinner, it's pretty decent! Great service and nice food, on the pricey side but we are in the park.

Sheffield's Restaurant is located at Headwaters Lodge & Cabins. It contains magnificent natural views and a pleasant dining atmosphere. With locavore-friendly, globally influenced dishes to choose from, the menu has something for everyone. The cute spot has a state park/yurt decor, and the theme is for outdoor sportsmen offering game meats on their menu. We tried Alfredo pasta, Beefalo Burger (a revolutionary blend of bison, boar, and deer patty), and Seared Red Trout. Every dish is lovingly cooked with fresh ingredients and a pinch of good old-fashioned homely charm.

Sheffield's isn't just welcoming and cozy, it also happens to be the perfect place for kicking back by a fire after you've had your fill of outdoor adventures.

Passing by to grand Teton and stumbled on this restaurant. My sister really liked the wings. The burgers are pretty good. I like the chicken burger. Pickles, bacon and barbecue sauce made it so good. Servers were very nice and food came to us fast.
