Came in for a quick bite on our drive through the park. The service was fairly slow, but I don’t blame our sever at all. She seemed to be the only sever staffed in our section and it was during lunch rush. What killed the experience for us was the food. At first we were excited by the portion sizes, but that quickly changed. Everything was terrible! The trout cakes were so salty and the hollandaise was CHUNKY. Both my partner and I could barely finish a quarter of each cake...
The view is nice, the food is decent, service is generally slow. The big thing is the ridiculous amount of food that you get. I hate wasting food & I watched plate after plate go back to the kitchen that had at least a full serving or two left.

I had a brisket burrito, and as someone who has Texas brisket often I can confidently say that this brisket was really good.
My brother had the hot wings, which he said were good.
