There is 2 young girls that work in this place that literally denied to serve my children and I. My fiance works here as a night shift manager an I just witnessed the one named Anna being rude to her night shift manager (casey). I am sick of seeing these rude ass girls work here. There General manager needs to fix it before I go to corporate over these circumstances. It's a everynight thing an they need to fix the attitude in those 2 girls. They don't need to work here if they are going to deny customers no matter who they are. Yes I'm making call outs because it's literally getting out of hand. If my fiance gets in trouble over this review I'll contact corporate myself. My fiance is a hard working individual an she deserves the respect as a person and as there manager. I didn't spend my money, I'll eat else else where.

When we first arrived, my husband went to wash his hand, and there was no soap in the men's room. When we told the staff about it, she acted like she did not care and did not replenish it during the time we were there. It could have been attended to as it was not busy. The pizza was terrible. It tasted like it was a reheated frozen pizza. We eat at different Pizza Huts as we travel because we are confident that we will get a quality meal. This pizza was so bad that we started laughing. As we were leaving, my husband asked if they had changed the recipe or something. The server asked why, and he responded that it was really quite bad. No response. We could not finish the pizza.

Our online order said it was ready to be picked up at 7:20. We waited 20 minutes for them to give us my salad that only had lettuce and tomatoes. Then waited 5 more minutes for them to tell us they forgot our breadsticks and it would take another 10 minutes. We left without the breadsticks. But wait it gets better, my husband was eating the wings and they were raw. Wouldn’t waist your time there. Tonight was a struggle.

Honestly I love pizza hut pizza but this last visit yesterday left me quite disappointed. Some of the toppings I ordered were not on the pizza and my points were never loaded to my rewards account even though the employee said she had fixed it. I hope that next time I order it will be perfect.
Over priced!!! I am done with Pizza hut. $50 in food feed 2 people. Really just not worth it. Watery pasta. Everything is over prices.

Small things go a long ways in my opinion!!! My son dropped his personal pan pizza shortly after leaving pizza hut, and was supper bummed out. With out hesitation, they made him another one free of charge. Just want to let the staff know i greatly appreciate it!!!

Super expensive since it's only one of three restaurants in the area. The wait time is super long so it's best to order ahead. Normal pizza hut quality.
