I love the food, especially the chicken Alfredo and the big chocolate chip cookies. All the workers are really kind and understanding. The atmosphere is amazing it looks good and they always decorate for everything and the worker damon downing has really cool wood burnt stuff in the windows. And if I recommend any pizza it is stuffed crust cheese pizza with barbecue sauce. I always go when I try to.

I was hunting in the area and ordered a pickup Nov 5th, large pep, mush and breadsticks. I was told 15 mins. Upon walking in I noticed the filthy windows full of hand prints and dirt, the lobby tile was dirty, kinda greasy. There was one person waiting for an order so went to counter about 8 mins later a woman asked name pulled the pizza & bread from the hot box told me amount. I went home thinking I was going to have good food but yet it was soggy & wet pizza, minimal cheese barely enough to cover the top and sauce tasted dry. I thought well I still have the bread but that was dried out like it had been sitting out. Wow what a disappoint. I seriously think that restaurant needs a good cleaning. I thought perhaps I'm expecting to much being from Michigan where pizza is good I have had good pizza here several years ago, probably won't return. Spent $34.31 for something I threw in the garbage.

Up Date since my review the owners reached out apologized for the bad food and sent me a gift card, which says a lot about the owners, Thank you for making it right much appreciated.

I called and ordered 2 medium pizzas hand tossed crust. We got thin crust instead. We weren’t very impressed. The receipt said hand tossed unless we got someone else order , I would have called them and told them about it, I didn’t want to go through the call center. I just won’t order over the phone anymore.

Would like to be able to have pizza without the hassle of loading and unloading a mobility aid. they offer delivery 5 nights a week however it is hit or miss in those 5 days if they will actually have delivery. For example today it says delivery from 12-9 and yet they have no driver. Maybe if instead of charging a $5 delivery fee that is kept by the restaurant give that fee to the driver. That might get you some more reliable and dependable employees.

Went for the buffet at lunch, the salad bar items were frozen from sitting in about a foot of ice. They didnt offer pasta with the buffet. They had three options for pizza on the buffet. The fountain soda machine was broken and completely missing from the restaurant so we were charged for bottles of soda with the meal. The cleanliness of the dining room was lacking. Booths and tables were arranged in such a way it looked like the place was under construction. Tables were wobbly chairs were half broken or pieces were missing. Possibly the worst pizza hut I have ever been in. Obviously they have not had a visit from a regional manager in a long time. Zero pride. Zero effort. Zero return trips for me.

1230 came for lunch today. Stood inside for 10 mins. Never saw anyone so walked out. Drove behind and 2 people out back smoking. Bathrooms were disgusting anyway so probably not safe to eat there.

Stopped in to take a break from the road. Shared some pizza, pasta and boneless wings. All good. The man working was by himself and did a great job.

Went in for lunch. Never got waited on Nor did any other customers. We walked out just like another family. They said they were short staffed and wouldn't start the buffet until another employee showed up. It was after 1230 pm. The one employee I did see was busy though. Not her fault.

I ordered online for delivery at 6:30 PM. It is now 9:45 Pm. No response from anyone and no pizza. I’ve called over 4 times and did reach someone earlier, around 7 and 754 and the lady on the phone was VERY rude, she said “ it will get there when it gets there honey” her name is TINA. I am so beyond upset right now. Not only is the restraint closed, the customer service absolutely horrible, and i did I not recieve a refund. I would also like to add that when I did speak with ms. Rude TINA, she told me it’d be 50 minutes. Well okay sweetheart it’s been 3 HOURS. Almost 4. I’m so done with that place.

Did online for pickup. Had to wait. Food was overcooked and poorly made. Hard and burnt. Food barely was cut, cuts in the pizza didn't go all thr way through. Same for the breadsticks. Order wasn't correct. Missing correct sauces, only got one sauce. Missing wings. All the food was gross. The condition inside the restaurant was disgusting. Dirty. Garbage all over floor. Tables were dirty. Door was all greasy and full of prints. Waste of money.
